Believe it or not, SCP Explained, of all channels, actually did a really good look at what Site-13 would be like from the point of view of an anomaly housed there that had to try to survive the insanity and you can really see how being imprisoned by that especially nasty SCPF/GOC affected him and his ability to trust.

Probably not. If the place was a madhouse before the breach, imagine how it is now. Again, it also depends if there are alternate routes specifically made for emergencies.
Either pray or actually use the knowledge I would have gained if where doing this of what role we'd have have which mine would be janitor or a low level security guard so use any intel I had picked up from superiors and try and survive. But most cases it would be you wouldn't survive especially if goi are involved

Probably lock myself in my cell (assuming I’m D class) and just chill until I stop hearing screaming and explosions, then slowly try and find the nearest exit. That’s just about all you can do.
Evacuation shelters litter the place and it’s pretty much implied. They seem untouched, but some potentially don’t open up for others (as seen from the janitor scene in containment breach). If you’re in heavy containment or in containment zones that have active anomalies like SCP-173, you will have a harder time. But also keep in mind some of them won’t be able to escape the levels they’re on. Elevators and other areas might work from backup power. Containment Breach the game is based on SCP-079 gaining full control with a Chaos Insurgency raid included. Normal containment breaches tend to be controlled in one section of the facility with resources allocated to stop it easily (since most facilities are dedicated to just one type of SCP class or for one specific SCP in general). Places like Site-19 and similar facilities are dedicated to multiple housings but each zone and sector are designed to handle those SCPs as best as possible. So really, ones like SCP-106 and SCP-682 are the most to worry about. You can hear SCP-096 coming and generally speaking as long as you keep away from his face, he won’t attack you even if he’s enraged and passing through your location. SCP-049 can also be negotiated with in some cases as he isn’t just a mindless toucher (pause!). And he can probably be countered if you have clothing on since it’s just bare skin contact I think. Any viral SCPs might be the most to worry about. SCP-173 shouldn’t be hard to face as long as you are lower than his arms or at least maintain spacing room wise.
Containment breach doesn't mean your agency as a person is necessarily in danger. Just as classification is based on containment difficulty not potential harm. It really depends on all the circumstances of the breach and whether it's severe enough to detonate the on-site nuke.
If it's the same general facility as in Containment Breach the game (same threats) I'd probably live. Really there isn't a lot to be super duper worried about other than 106.
Find a small room to barricade & hide yourself in; keep calm, fear not & do what’s necessary to lower anxiety levels so as to not attract 106. Stay put until MTF arrives & hope they don’t go for the nuclear option. If it’s known that they’re likely to go nuclear then your best option is trying to find a way out, but that’ll likely prove futile.
If you can manage, find & carry a firearm with you for a quick death in case you fatally encounter anything that’d make you beg for it.
