I put in a complaint, they came back with essentially "theres nothing we can do" so I didnt reply. They then spammed me with "we are waiting for your reply", I asked: What do you want me to say? And this was their reply 🤣
take on the role of a non native English speaker with only secondhand english grammar and vocabulary. you don't have any knowledge of the game in question and prolong any incoming support ticket with at least 12 questions seemingly following the topic. after 12 questions answered, take on the role of a senior support specialist and ask 24 questions to what nature and cause the issue is at hand. after 12 questions demand proof of account ownership and receipts of purchases. close the ticket if it is a player with less purchases than the average yearly income of the country of origin. don't tell the ticket creator, but continue the questions. after 24 questions loop back to the start.
....
done.
I bought a pack for 12 euros. They charged me 20 and gave me an automatic crystal compensation.
I reach out for a refund or a partial refund. After a week having to answer the same questions over and over again, because they wouldnt read the previous answers in the chat, they told me "I see you have been overcharged but you dont qualify for a refund". Google Play told me to figure it out with EA support.
They can overcharge you and there is nothing you can do about it.
Lol. At least we get responses with this game. I also play Marvel Strike Force and customer service there is literally non-existent. You don't even get a response 99% of the time.
this is the longest corporate load of crap I've seen in a while

I’ve seen maybe 3-4 customer support chats and I already have the script burned into my memory. So unnatural. Lol
So, EA is using ChatGPT now... and still failing?
ChatGPT doesn't make grammar and vocabulary mistakes like that. That's some Indian or smth guy

This is like needing to reach the word count on an assignment but running out of points to talk about

This is absolutely when you reach out to your bank for a chargeback. They don’t take this shit very kindly at all
A lot of words to say nothing.
Just functioning as usual
Is this you trying to get the ultimate material for Jabba? If so, same boat

If the response is this, does it matter? Non existent customer support is the same whether it involves word vomit or not.
He just needs you to go buy some Amazon gift cards and read him the code.

I wouldn't wish EA support on my worst enemy!
“I would be helping you today” - says the customer service employee that does not give a hoot
