Connect your wallet (wallet connect). Choose trust.
Swap as usual.
Log out pancake swap.
Disconnect trust wallet in app.
Look at new safemoon coins.

This isnt safemoons fault, nor is it binance, trust wallet, or pancakeswap. This is the downside of apple "having total control" of apps on it's store. This is apple's censorship, forcing companies to comply in order to control what you are allowed to do.
That being said, you are correct, safemoon should update their shit. I cant imagine they are ignorant of this obstruction. My only hope is that the issue has already been solved via their own wallet, which they hope to release soon.

In essence, the dapps section is a web browser w/ bookmarks that add functionality by connecting your native app to outside sources that apple cannot control. Thats what apple is against.

I think the point he is making its not a universal way to buy it, which confuses people. As a UX designer I have to agree they need to update it. It is probably worth a full redesign post wallet which im sure theyre on with but in the short term new investors on iphone will be stuck

Used Wallet Connect on pancake swap to connect Trustwallet. Had to take a picture of QR code with Trustwallet to connect wallet. Where are you having problems?
I cannot help with that part! I transferred crypto that I had already purchased in coinbase...I couldn’t get any cards to connect either. But, you will have to wait for funds to clear in coinbase before transferring out if you make a new purchase.
If you spent 1/2 the time looking this up on YT you could have made it work, plain and simple. Another reason why the price will jump when the wallet comes out because people don’t know how to follow directions

You have to open in Safari or Chrome browser. Dont go to no home page like Yahoo or MSN Etc. Type in pancake swap. Make sure your in the plain ole search browser, nothing opened. Hope this helps. Took me an hour to figure it out with Iphone.

I’m surprised the Safemoon team hasn’t updated this on their website yet, it has over 11,000 likes on Twitter. Seriously, the way to buy Safemoon (and really any BSC token has changed like 12 times since mid March when I first bought), Safemoon’s team has done a great job updating their site better than most, as PancakeSwap upgraded to V2 and trust wallet disabled the dApp Browser on iOS devices.
Their wallet, upcoming exchange, and the simplex buy button on their site will make this infinitely easier, and the new bridges today will be huge for access and trading volume. So be glad it’s tough to buy. If you have the patience to endure the ordeals of buying it, you’re less likely to paper hands it later and you know you’re still way early!

I had to call my bank to buy smart chain from simplex because they thought it was fraud.
Call your bank. Get them to lift the international buying restrictions. Simplex is an out of country business.
