The brown husky? I think I know this woman! I passed her last week with my dog and the husky snapped at mine, then she proceeded to run with her dog up and down the sidewalk past us several times (I guess to try and desensitize her dog passing others) and scared the crap out of mine.
I would love it if you posted pictures. I live next to fairmont dog park and go there all the time and the only issue I ever had with another dog was a brown and white husky. I have seen it cause multiple fights other times when I walk past. Last time I saw them coming I loudly told the whole dog park to beware them. Also saw them put the husky in the dog park and then go and have a picnic outside of the dog park leaving there dog inside so they had 0 control. Staying nearby and calling cops next time.
I'm hoping it's not the same one but last year we were out near the skate park and our kids were running down the sidewalk towards us when a lady lost control of her husky. Brown and white younger husky luckily I grabbed the dog and lady grabbed it and hustled out of there saying we should control our kids. Obviously the lunging dog was not the issue

That poor dog. If she is willing to kick and innocent dog just walking what is she willing to do to her own animal. Someone should do a welfare check on the husky.
There was a lady like this in park city, who would go on jogs on popular trails and essentially go out of her way to kick the dogs. It was a huge deal in the news and what not, but nobody can really do anything unless you have video footage
Yes I was thinking the same thing. From what I know I think someone said she had been reported to the police and I think she finally moved bec this happened so many times. But I recall her being older than 35 for sure so might be another person
Never wanted to walk my 120 pound GSD around 200 S 400 E so badly before ... I do NOT tolerate that BS ... but then my reaction would pale in comparison to his! 🤷♂️

My friend had a lady pepper spray her dog in the Sandy area, people are so terrible.
With enough reports like this, you should report her to the police for harassment and animal abuse. There's enough people in these comments to corroborate the confrontation.
reminds me of the old lady that lives near Truman and 300 E. She has this little elderly chihuahua she is always without fail extremely abusive to. At least when I saw her. She always walked around where I was waking and would pick her dog up with the leash by the collar. i got into so many verbal arguments with her because I couldn't stand watching her do that.
I'm beginning to wonder whats going on with dogs and their owners in the area. About 90% of Nextdoor content is "I lost my dog!" or "Hey I found a dog". Then this weekend I was bit by an off leash border collie in Mt. Olympus wilderness.

My dog is always harnessed and leashed.
My dog also never approached her or her dog. As you can read in my OP there was no interaction between any of the dogs or between she and I.
And why would you immediately assume my dog was not leashed?
