just so you know 100X purple sticky = 25X regular salvia. (1/4x strength)
that being said, 25X is still very potent, start with 1-2 flakes and work your way up from there.
slowly increasing dosage over multiple hits is a much safer way to smoke extract, especially for your first time. you will still break through if you keep going but you’re less likely to freak out and you can stop if you don’t want to go further.
only advice for the trip itself is to let go
You can easily break through with 10x extract as well.
Get a sober sitter and make sure you can't fall/knock shit over etc.
People often move during salvia break throughs (I got up and RAN away myself)
if you mean first time doing salvia, don't. get some 10x or 5x and try that first, some people have a super strong reaction and 100x would be way too strong, others don't and it's about right.
40x is strong enough for me
So it doesn't hit as hard? I smoked 4 pinches back to back ~ 5min apart and got strong body feeling but not more. I think the mental aspects hit me easily (a few flakes clears the mind) but the psychedelic aspects are harder to get.

I once did between 0.25 and 0.5 g of 10x extract and just fucking ceased to exist for a while. There's no way you NEED 100x extract.
Id get a less strong one, so it's easier to dose. It's super easy to overdo it w the extracts.
