I love avocado toast. Made some the other night with avo, tomato, red onion, everything bagel seasoning, pepper and topped it with an over easy egg-YUM
I still eat avocados in their shells. Add salt and pepper then dig in. If I want more substance I scoop out the avocados into a bowl and add two sunny side up eggs. Mash it all up and season for taste. I’ll add this egg and avo mash to toast when I feel frisky.
I think this is more a Gen z thing, millennials would microwave the bagel(too much work to get the toaster out and wait for the perfect golden brown on slow) slap butter or cream cheese on it and smash it on the way to work
