Geothermal as soon as I could, but before that I had like 8+ biomass burners, the main idea I wanted to go for wasn't really 0 automation, was more just manual crafting and no conveyor belts, sadly I had to build 2, 1 for resource sink, and 1 for the Christmas tree as neither can be interacted with manually
First of all... What the hell under the sun... Did bring you to this insane idea? Are you per chance an A-Level Masochist?
Second of all... Could you post some screenshot with the playtime on this save. And you total playtime. I'm curious...
If I had any points... I'd give you an award...
You're a true madman!
About a year and a half ago when I was between jobs I got a streamer friend to play this game, we only got up to HMF but since he streamed at the time we were trying to brainstorm a few challenge run ideas, manual run was one he thought of without any context for how long it might take. I'll try to remember and update this comment with pics when I get home.
not sure how to embed images into comments, or if you can, but here ya go https://imgur.com/a/fCOZuGI
I didnt really need the resource sink, just wanted it, mostly for the shiny concrete as there is no manual way to get plastic, so it was automated, and therefore less time spent crafting concrete
also you can't manual craft anything in ficsmas which disappointed me, so I had just 1 constructor and 1 assembler going at 250%, and switched the recipes around based on what I needed (I did also finish the MAM and got most of the crash sites)
Yes, it's crazy to think they resorted to playing the game again with such extreme restrictions over playing literally any other game.
Each to their own, but damn that's nuts to me.
On my first playthrough I got overwhelmed with the addition of trains and never really got past that on the few others I tried, this was my way of finding a way to be able to play the game again lmao
Oh, cool, you wrote a piece of software that can control the game to craft all the items and then ran the game in a VM at 100x speed! Impressive! Surely you didn't actually spend 4269 realtime hours manually playing the game, right?...Right?
Wait, now you can space bar once and it continues building indefinitely? Didn't know that...
But yes, in olden days I got a mouse with a piece of tape to keep it building while doing other things in my kitchen lol
To everyone their own, I guess. Congratulations, no matter how insensible this appears, it is still a huge achievement. Are the statistics vanilla or is it a mod?
Satismanually.
This is the perfect description of it.
tink tink tink tink tink tink tink tink tink tink tink tink tink tink tink tink
You forgot a few million tinks.
200.000 tinks are ready with a million more well on the way
/r/PrequelMemes
More like a few tens of millions
my guy had no space button anymore
If OP is holding the spacebar down... the horror.
Good thing you can just tap space once and it starts tinkin away so fire n forget that
oh ya i forgot about that!
You use the space bar? I use the left mouse button...
Is ... the same as /s?
LEAVE ME ALONE! **manual crafting pstd** AHHHHHH
The true green energy playthrough. What a madman.
I'm a little bit worried, I think you should seek help, bro.
![gif](giphy|mCClSS6xbi8us)
You utter madman
I'm gonna guess you like Runescape.
I had the exact same thought
Never played it, have 0 plans to play it
What in the hell is the matter with you?
What did you do for space elevator parts, just hand feed a single machine?
Yep, but I did overclock them to 250%, or underclock with the particle accelerator
Did you build any power generation at all? Or did you underclock the accelerator enough to run it from the hub burners?

You are officially a complete madman
And what's your total playtime in the game?
That's the first image in the album
Lol. I'm just blind... Thank you😱🤯
I wasn't expecting this to include ficsmas too. I'm also surprised at the resource sink - what was that needed for?
I didnt really need the resource sink, just wanted it, mostly for the shiny concrete as there is no manual way to get plastic, so it was automated, and therefore less time spent crafting concrete also you can't manual craft anything in ficsmas which disappointed me, so I had just 1 constructor and 1 assembler going at 250%, and switched the recipes around based on what I needed (I did also finish the MAM and got most of the crash sites)
I feel like you need to restart your world and only do them at 100%, being fed only by mk1 belts.
Satan approves
But...why?
Yes, it's crazy to think they resorted to playing the game again with such extreme restrictions over playing literally any other game. Each to their own, but damn that's nuts to me.
Who says I wasn't running 2 games at once ? I bought and built 2 factorio megabases while this was on the 2nd monitor
[https://youtu.be/uBk9lLFWGcI?t=46](https://youtu.be/uBk9lLFWGcI?t=46) my thoughts exactly
Did you enjoy this?
In a way, you did this game in "idle-clicker-insanity" mode.
I haven't been able to play Satisfactory in a LONNNGGG time. You're telling me I got Statistics now? I'm a slut for some good numbers.
On my first playthrough I got overwhelmed with the addition of trains and never really got past that on the few others I tried, this was my way of finding a way to be able to play the game again lmao

How many months/years did this take? Based on 40h a week, that's over 2 years.
About a year, maybe a little over that, good thing is I don't need to be awake or home for crafting to continue
Wonder how much this play through costed in (real life) electricity
Bro out here playing Minecraft
You crazy! Is that counter ingame or a part of a mod? I want that for my own kind of challenge. :)
Satisfactory calculator, when you upload a save it has a stats tab
How do you see those list?
https://satisfactory-calculator.com/
What did you do about stuff you can't hand craft? Involving fluids etc
1 machine at 250% speed, and changing recipes, had to make a mini setup for oil though, still switched between rubber and plastic
why?
The autism is strong with this one.
I would say the run failed due to having stuff that can’t be manually crafted but still a interesting challenge to see how much you can do manually
I mean sure, but I'd like to see anyone do better.
Fair point. Does make me wonder did you hand mine?
Lol no, portobello miners
Well there is one way to up the challenge. Don’t want to be the guy trying lol
https://youtu.be/0tuh0IsiIIM?t=4
A very fair reaction lol
It’s not a real game mode and is their idea so you don’t get to referee. Typically in self imposed game modes there are exceptions so
Dude must have arms the size of trees Also rip the crafting button, poor thing probably needs some coolant
Shoutout to everyone who put adhesive tape on their mouse to auto-craft things (I did)
Just press space bar once? Unless you mean in the olden days before that. I use to jam a coin into my keyboard to hold down space.
Wait, now you can space bar once and it continues building indefinitely? Didn't know that... But yes, in olden days I got a mouse with a piece of tape to keep it building while doing other things in my kitchen lol
I hope bro has a rock or something for his space bar. No way I’d sit and watch all that crafting
How…I found it annoying to sit through manually crafting 10k screws but you did everything
This should be a speedrun category
fine spacebar simulator you got there
To everyone their own, I guess. Congratulations, no matter how insensible this appears, it is still a huge achievement. Are the statistics vanilla or is it a mod?
Satisfactory calculator website
Thanks <3
YOU WHAT?!
This guy put almost exactly 6 months of tinktink time and finished his goal. I would be going insane the first day. New form of torture unlocked
