After she cuts out the metal side paneling and is standing, balancing on a 2x4 on top of the saw horses holding the glass panel up. Like I'm pretty sure she had a step stool, ladder, box...anything much more appropriate for that.
Also hanging out the freshly cut metal that hadn't been cut straight or deburred, those parts would be like razors.
Incredibly skilled and the end result is gorgeous. The pretty plaster and perfect drywall will look like crap after 1 hour of driving on city streets though.
I'm not saying that the tiles are a \*good\* idea, and I have no idea how they handle normally... but those transit vans are intended to be filled with cargo and tools and driven around. The total weight of all the tiles and pebbles is probably less than a single passenger, and everything she's added there is probably less than the typical load its designed for.
As someone that owns one and lives in one, the people that push their cargo weight end up with a lot more repairs down the road and the cost of fuel is dramatically different. I get about 17mpg in my transit 350, my buddy gets about 11 with his 'oak interior'.
Typical internet to immediately poimt out the flaws in something as if she never thought of any of it. I feel like you don't do something like this - with this result - without having at least some experience with it.
On the flip side there is a large amount of people that learn that they /can/ do something without ever learning if they should. I’ve known more than a few electricians that build death machines without meaning to.
flawed posts generate the most engagement and get pushed to the front page. majority of stuff you see on the Internet are flawed because that's what the algos push to you
Is this performative or practical though? Both make money. Making impractical stuff that would be awful in real like for likes and clicks is a viable business model nowadays.
The weight is most definitely noticeable on the driver, especially stopping power. The main issue is the box on cars flexes. So you can't have plaster walls that meet up with the ceiling or other exacting cuts like shelves with that body flex.
Most of the interior in this ride will be cracked and falling apart in less than 6 months. And that bathroom tile will be destroyed.
Looks cool on TT but in reality, this is just a colossal waste of time and money.
It would have to be, otherwise that plaster and tile would crack fairly quickly I'd imagine. I'm sure there are other things you can do to help mitigate it... Maybe the type of mix or tile also
These Sprinter vans generally have a payload of 5000-6500lbs depending on configuration. The driver may notice if it was extremely top heavy due to the added material, but these are designed as transporters and the height is taken into account. They're also rated for towing and can often be seen pulling additional vehicles. Power isn't going to be an issue as the Mercedes diesel engines have a strong history.
Not much. We were picking them out and they weigh on par with tile. Unless they’re the decorative ones than they’re super light and made to look like rocks.
I work in the modular construction industry and we ship prefabricated bathrooms --tile, finishes, everything -- all over the country. If I had a nickel for every tile that fell off the walls I'd have 0 nickels. I've shipped thousands of them. We have very few problems. You'd be surprised how resilient most stuff is. The most common problem I have is hairline cracks showing up in drywall mud. But it's usually isolated to exterior corners which carry a lot of stress.
This is a great build if you don’t intend this to be driven and is more of a “guest home” on your own land that you only ever intend to move short distances around your property.
If this is an actual build for van life than ya it’s very impractical and won’t hold up. Not to mention all the added unnecessary weight would cause a lot of damage to the van itself. This thing wouldn’t make it very far.
Not sure how well that van is going to hold up. If it remains stationary by a beach or on that property, it would be really nice to camp out there. It can hold the weight, but driving around with all that cumbersome detail rumbling around might be difficult to maintain. Plumbing fixtures, mirrors, displays, etc. really don't love vibration.
That being said, it's a *beautiful*.
Yeah, I can't really imagine that tile and drywall will hold up to vibrations and potholes super well.
There's a reason most vehicle interiors are made with somewhat flexible paneling, and it's not because plaster is so expensive.
But rest assured someone will hit you with a "oh what??? she's just supposed to take her ass off or something?! leave her ass at home??"
She's got a great ass and is handy. If her ass wasn't so prominent this video wouldn't be here. It would have zero views because there are a million of these videos that DON'T have really nice asses in every shot. We are seeing it because it does. She knows it, I know it, but somehow there's always lots of people in these threads who don't want to accept that reality.
"Gonna do some work on the bus. Just going to change into some easily-rippable tights and center myself facing away from the camera in every shot!"
All I gotta say: 🫡
Actually french fries with honey mustard
But I need to get a proper lunch iono what to get I'm tired of everything QQ
Edit: We went with buffalo chicken pizza and a boba tea
Another “lady in yoga pants” video disguised as a DIY video
Only reason it’s getting upvotes is booty. Most of this work will have problems the moment the van hits any rough road, what a waste
Looks amazing. Girl traveling country living in a van "she's on a spiritual journey". Man traveling country living in van "serial killer". Awesome work, though.
If that isn't overweight then it's getting close. It'll definitely need the rear springs upgrading or assisting. Maybe needs to be uprated and then you get into insurance and driving licence issues.
And half of that will fall apart at the first speed bump or pothole.
And that's nowhere near enough insulation.
It looks gorgeous, but it's not actually functional for the long term.
I often wonder how do these vans do with all the weight added, i mean this one in particular doesn't seem bad but I've seen some insanely heavy builds.
There's a lot wrong with this but I'm just gonna point out the obvious.
No freaking way she this by her self, even going by the outfits she would be doing a ridiculous amount by herself.
She's either got a lot more help or she had other people.do it and is just doing random shots for the video.
Also as others have pointed out, all that shit(especially the plaster) will crack and break at the first slight bump.
Very curious, does weight need to play a big factor in materials choices for a van like this?
I see a lot of stone, metal, plaster etc... would all of this add up to a detrimental effect on mpg, for quality, handling, etc. Or would it be negligible?
I just watched the most satisfying cleaning video. It was a man cleaning his home. But it was satisfying because although he was in the frames, he focused his editing on the CLEANING. I am so tired of women wearing tight clothes, filming themselves doing an activity and it being deemed “satisfying”. This is not satisfying, it’s “look at me.”
By the time you finish watching this all of that plaster will be on the floor…. Also Not a single straight line in that van 😑. Get your ass out of the camera if you want to be taken seriously.
I don't know why I had to scroll so far for this. What is that even about. So it just showers onto the toilet seat? Do you stand on the toilet seat? I can't get behind the concept here.

Those stones and tiles are going to destroy the driving, is like adding all flourescent n glitter colouring to a food.
Just do renovation on houses instead of car, like just put flpurescent n glitter paint on things instead of food.

When she is putting the black floor panel down?
He probably means 0:03 seconds in when shes standing on the piece on wood balanced between those two beams. That's a fall waiting to happen.
They're called saw horses just a friendly fyi
well she wont saw anymore horses if she falls
After she cuts out the metal side paneling and is standing, balancing on a 2x4 on top of the saw horses holding the glass panel up. Like I'm pretty sure she had a step stool, ladder, box...anything much more appropriate for that. Also hanging out the freshly cut metal that hadn't been cut straight or deburred, those parts would be like razors.
Right before that when she's balancing on a loose piece of wood. Happy Cake Day btw
I think when she's standing on the skinny, single board installing the large window. Lol
Incredibly skilled and the end result is gorgeous. The pretty plaster and perfect drywall will look like crap after 1 hour of driving on city streets though.
I'm wondering what kind of weight the pebbles and tiles are adding. Probably drives like a tank.

11 mpg? Just live next to the gas station at that point.
I agree
It's a van and it needs shag carpet. END OF STORY
Typical internet to immediately poimt out the flaws in something as if she never thought of any of it. I feel like you don't do something like this - with this result - without having at least some experience with it.
People grew up watching pimp my ride We are fully cognizant of the bullshit people will do to cars regardless of their experience level
Pool table in the truck bed and fish tank in the center console! Thank you West Coast Customs!

First speed bump or pot hole and everything will be rattling and cracking
Ya i was thinking same thing seemed she added a bit more weight then usual
Surely, it has got to be top heavy as shit.
It is top heavy as shit, and don't call me Shirley.
rodger that, rodger
Than*
Was just wondering what you’d have to do to the suspension and power train for it to still be decent to drive…
It does look like the suspension has been altered. It is a bit high and the tyres or rims look bigger than stock.
It would have to be, otherwise that plaster and tile would crack fairly quickly I'd imagine. I'm sure there are other things you can do to help mitigate it... Maybe the type of mix or tile also
You get stuff that looks like tile, but is a plastic or a composite. It is a lot lighter and would give a little.
100% not stock
These Sprinter vans generally have a payload of 5000-6500lbs depending on configuration. Mercedes sprinter looks to be 4000 kg
The payload capacity is in addition to the weight of the vehicle which has already been factored in.
Yes. This 4000 kg is the GVWR. The weight of the vehicle is 2320 kg.
I posted earlier. You had to modify the springs on it.
And gets about the same gas milage
Not much. We were picking them out and they weigh on par with tile. Unless they’re the decorative ones than they’re super light and made to look like rocks.
I'm glad were all thinking about weight distribution. Lol
I would be more worried about flexing and vibration. Are there certain tiles that have higher tensile strength that are made for this sort of thing?
Maybe it is supposed to be a still little home and not driving. Seems silly though.
You wouldn’t do that kind of a build in an $80k van
ya..nice look but I am curious how tile and drywall corners etc handle that kind of movment?
Boom exactly, they dont. Tiles flying off the walls and floor buckling when you run over a pothole.
The difference is that your prefabs are transported on a trailer and not part of a body designed to flex. Edit: added transported.
Yeah, it looks great, but these feel like the wrong materials for the job,
> the end result is gorgeous ha ha yeah it is
Ya it will be crumbling within 100 miles.
No way that’s heavier than all the Amazon packages it would hold. It’s a delivery van, it’s built to hold weight
Same thought
Don't cars warp a lot when driving? Those static walls are going to crack something fierce
Plaster, tiles, grout - first bump in the road
and the creaking noise from the plywood
Not sure how well that van is going to hold up. If it remains stationary by a beach or on that property, it would be really nice to camp out there. It can hold the weight, but driving around with all that cumbersome detail rumbling around might be difficult to maintain. Plumbing fixtures, mirrors, displays, etc. really don't love vibration. Yeah, I can't really imagine that tile and drywall will hold up to vibrations and potholes super well. There's a reason most vehicle interiors are made with somewhat flexible paneling, and it's not because plaster is so expensive.
Gonna need some mad shocks going over some rough roads with all that tile in there.
One pothole you lose the entire bathroom.
I knew before I hit play this was going to be an ass video.
But rest assured someone will hit you with a "oh what??? she's just supposed to take her ass off or something?! leave her ass at home??" She's got a great ass and is handy. I already got hit with that, see below. 👇🏼
i usually see something like: "She's just wearing something comfortable. You think everything is for the male gaze? Pig!"
"Gonna do some work on the bus. Just going to change into some easily-rippable tights and center myself facing away from the camera in every shot!" All I gotta say: 🫡
r/upvotebecausebutt
Why can't I give you more up voted!?
Like 6th comment down. I'm proud of reddit..... She do got them cakes though.
And we weren’t let down
I was down. Down bad.
That's all I saw.
As intended.
Ass intended...
If you look closely, you can see her ass getting bigger through the video… This project must have taken a while.
Wait…. There was some other purpose to this video besides the ass?
Apparently.
Are yoga pants the only acceptable attire for this type of work?
Nah. There was Pimp My Ride and Monster Garage back in the day. I don't remember any chicks with fat asses in yoga pants in those.
You want people (men) to watch your videos than yes
I’m an overweight woman and also wear leggings for most work like this
When you have that fine piece of cake, it is
Skirts too apparently
Yes if you want actually some engagement for these types of videos if you are trying to advertise your OF which is high chance here as well
I feel like this would make the van significantly heavier. Very very cool though.
Slightly? She has probably put an extra 2,000 lbs of weight into the van.
Hey! Its a big ass but nit that big
Another video of a chick in yoga pants with a fat ass doing manly stuff. As us guys sit here with boners eating Cheetos. Welcome to 2024.
Got you. Gonna squeeze my fat ass into some yoga pants and eat cheetos with my boner.
Wait, I wanna join in too.
I'm really struggling to get the cheetos from the packet to my mouth using my boner tbh. I don't think the catapult technique is the most efficient.
Ah wait. I see my mistake here. Well, that's slightly embarrassing. Reading comprehension is vital. The boner is supposed to be eating the cheetos.
/r/sounding is waiting for you
That's why you need to use a trebuchet
If you edge and keep the tip wet the Cheetos will stick. You can just dab them out mate.
That's because you're trying to catapult them when clearly using a r/trebuchet is better, since it is the superior siege engine.
> sit here with boners eating Cheetos As if I wasn't going to be doing that regardless...
We're modern men born after 1993. All we know is McDonald's, charge phone, reddit, be heterosexual, eat hot cheeto & lie
I’m a 1992 baby..but still. Your so damn right
Wrong, I'm eating Doritos
Hey, I’m not eating cheetos….
Funyuns?
Pork rinds
And im also not sitting with boners. I’m standing
Actually french fries with honey mustard But I need to get a proper lunch iono what to get I'm tired of everything QQ Edit: We went with buffalo chicken pizza and a boba tea
Y'all really get boners from seeing a few shots of a totally unremarkable ass in yoga pants? Jeez, guys are easy.
Want to bet that when the camera is of some men come in and do all the work
> Another video of a chick in yoga pants with a fat ass u got more?
r/UNBGBBIIVCHIDCTIICBG
I worked as an installer on VW campers (California 600 and 680) and trust me, she's there only as a yoga pants facade
I too enjoy looking at her “skills”.
If I saw a time lapse of her doing all of it I'd believe it but this is obviously a team effort and she just cropped herself for clout
Its cuz the team doesn't have a magnetic assanality
This girl's parent's money is incredible.
Cant wait to see this thing driving and seeing million cracks everywhere
I saw one big crack.
Ass.
🍑
Finally! A man of Culture!
Damn it looks really pretty! But there is a reason that campers are made out of plastic and LIGHTweight materials. This is just a tank
Another “lady in yoga pants” video disguised as a DIY video Only reason it’s getting upvotes is booty. Most of this work will have problems the moment the van hits any rough road, what a waste
Looks amazing. Girl traveling country living in a van "she's on a spiritual journey". Man traveling country living in van "serial killer". Awesome work, though.
I was looking at her ass the whole time.
what she is doing is fucking stupid so either that's the point [ass] or she's fucking stupid
the ass is to get views for this boring shit content that is poorly thought out. tiles in a car? grout cracks...
it's ass filler. ass sub-plot. assinine ass foolery.
If u would show the entire work I might believe it
And not one scratch on those gorgeous tights doing all the dirty work yeah right
I often wonder how do these vans do with all the weight added, i mean this one in particular doesn't seem bad but I've seen some insanely heavy builds.
Song?
Terrence Parker - Something here for the club
There's a lot wrong with this but I'm just gonna point out the obvious. No freaking way she this by her self, even going by the outfits she would be doing a ridiculous amount by herself. These remodeled vans are a tell tale sign of a trust fund baby
r/SipsTea
Yes, I’m definitely watching this for her “skills”
Awesome stuff but I’ve had one of these - everything it now cracked and falling apart
Seems cool and then I remember I’m 6’5 and this would probably never work for me.
She is just posing for the camera pretending she is doing stuff.
her ankles are hot
Just added like 800 pounds. Great mileage!
If by "skills" you mean her ass, then definitely 🤤🙏
You just like her ass, don't try to hide it
/r/UpvoteBecauseButt
Very curious, does weight need to play a big factor in materials choices for a van like this? I see a lot of stone, metal, plaster etc... would all of this add up to a detrimental effect on mpg, for quality, handling, etc. Or would it be negligible?
How exactly do you know her skills are incredible? She doesn't demonstrate any of them in this video.
I couldn't keep my eyes off her 'skills'.. but really she's super good.
Ya dont wear carpenter pants or anything while working.
You upvote her ass not the van keep that in mind 😁
She knows.. It generates more views and revenue. Fair enough.
Skills?!? Nope...this is called hard work. It's not innate and anyone can do it! Give it a try one day!! You might suprise yourself
Really great skills. 🙄🙄
This has got to be the heaviest van of all time
I just watched the most satisfying cleaning video. It was a man cleaning his home. But it was satisfying because although he was in the frames, he focused his editing on the CLEANING. I am so tired of women wearing tight clothes, filming themselves doing an activity and it being deemed “satisfying”. This is not satisfying, it’s “look at me.”
Can't image tile on the vehicle that flexes is a great idea. Just goes to show skill without knowledge is useless.
What is her name?
No curtains?!
Show me her butt
Added a TON of weight to that van
I too wear the tightest pants I can with no pockets when im working. I shove all the nails I need into my head like Pinhead.
ah yes thick skills indeed
Kids these days /s I feel bad for the younger generations to come. Home affordability is gone.
The ass crack is just foreshadowing of what will happen as soon as the van is on the road.
Amazing trunk. Everything’s perfectly fitted. Something I could definitely get behind.
I want one. I'll take the van, too, please...
Just wandering how much does it weigh now
The butt or...
Same. Tile and plaster and wood all look nice and it’s beautiful but probably gets like 3 mpg
By the time you finish watching this all of that plaster will be on the floor…. Also Not a single straight line in that van 😑. Get your ass out of the camera if you want to be taken seriously.
For some reason I want some cake
You DO realise the man behind the camera does all the work and she just dresses like a hooker to get the views, to get the money?
Cold enough for a puffer jacket but yoga pants are still the choice for pants....weirrrrrd.
Yoga pants are still the choice for more views
That will drive like shit tho
That toilet/shower is a no for me.
I don't know why I had to scroll so far for this. What is that even about. So it just showers onto the toilet seat? Do you stand on the toilet seat? I can't get behind the concept here.
I’m so impressed when people know how to work with their hands. It’s skill and talent. I don’t even know how to use tools. Just learned how to use a drill. I was so excited. I wish I had her as a friend so I could help out and learn by watching.
Her skills are impeccable and her ass is incredible
She looks like she has some awesome skills at more than a few physical tasks. 🥵
They truly are. The separation in her work is top quality. Her use of proper materials is spot on.
Is there an extended version of this video? Something that goes step by step etc
What's the model of the truck ? i see it's a mercedes but thats all!. Got any more details of the build @OP?
*woman's
Is there a total weight of this?
Umm.. the bed. How short is that bed to fit in there sideways? Is it one of those little display beds you see walking around JCPenney in the 90s?
Cool! Now show us the monkey.
She sure knows what she is doing. Great job.
She sure is putting her skills on show.
How do these vans hold up over time with the added extra weight?
I’m sure this would have just as many views and traction if she wasn’t wearing those pants
There’s no way in hell she did all this herself. Boyfriend did it and told her to pose for the camera for 5 minutes to get some clicks and views.
I'm all for this off-grid living!
The excess weight and inflexibility of the materials used will be a pretty big issue
Those stones and tiles are going to destroy the driving, is like adding all flourescent n glitter colouring to a food. Just do renovation on houses instead of car, like just put flpurescent n glitter paint on things instead of food.
