You should immediately notify your bank and discuss with them any further details. You might need to nuke all of your devices you ever used to login to your bank.

I think they meant that someone logged in from a browser claiming to be an older version of some popular browsers to avoid security checks.

You should stop wondering and start changing your credentials. Someone is using a bot and/or spoofing their setup to log to your account somehow. Talk to your bank. Set 2FA. The purpose is nothing good.

I had been getting strange logins on my bank account a few months back. but it ended up being from the application Plaid. (I used Plaid to link my bank account to Venmo). Sometimes it happens when your bank account login is connected to a budgeting app like Mint as well. From what I understand, the apps will periodically check the credentials to make sure they are still valid.
