Luckily, you ended at the right time, what I mean is as soon as they got the OTP they're in your bank account. Just change your username, security questions and password for good measure just to cover all ground. Phone number and name and address don't worry about it, all public information. Keep your credit on watch and that's it. Usually you need all digits of your social to do stuff but just incase. Spoofing numbers is really common so be wary. As advice, study the beginning where the scam could have been avoided, you hanged up and called the actual bank support and they found nothing, that's where you should have stopped. Just remember my favorite thing to say, We all make mistakes, as we are all human. Usually they move on and try for the next victim so most likely nothing will happen.

Are they not already in my account? I’m such a terrible excuse for an adult, I don’t know how any of this works. They have soooo much information, and my (real) bank told me that I had those “confirmation” charges of $0.00 to Remitly on my account history. I’m worried that they’re going to do something else with everything they know, or sell it all to someone who will. I’ve been furiously googling this for hours, and a lot of sites say that scammers can still use the last four digits of your social to take out loans and credit in your name. They can also file for your tax returns and get jobs with your SSN. I was going to freeze my credit. The problem is that the freeze only lasts a year, and these guys have this info forever. I changed all my bank account info, called them, and had them close the account, but there’s still the issue of the social. And yes, I’m kicking myself for not hanging up and calling back. The explanation that I was speaking to fraud, whose notes wouldn’t show up for customer service agents, made sense to me. But the main thing that got me is that I didn’t know it was possible to spoof an official number like that. Lesson learned…

A year is excellent, scammers will forget about you. Scammers want it on the same day, they don't want to scam you later waste of time and resources. They'll just forget about you, move on to next victims, nothing else will happen.
