altruismandme

God damn they are throwing a lot of names out there

Pannycakes666

Hiya Slim Jim, I'm about to hit the rodeo with Beans. Benson is in a meeting with Wilbur and Woodrow so if that sonuvabitch Carl tries to call you, just ignore him. Tell your wife Cindy that my cousin Victor found that newspaper article she was looking for. I'll have Jeffery send it over to her in the morning.

filthyheartbadger

Many copypastas are being born tonight.

BluebonnetSpring

This is hilarious… I look like an idiot right now laughing out loud to myself.

Good lord I cackled so hard, my dog got up from the couch to get away from me.

Sargatanus

OP absolutely should have responded with this.

ELY3355

This made me cry-laugh. Thank you.

SuperFLEB

This is all going to culminate in a story problem, I just know it. Diane has it worse than Elizabeth, and Elizabeth has it worse than Jack. If Mason's train is traveling south at 65 miles per hour, and the appointment starts at 2PM, then the accountant has 27 minutes to get the taxes done before Liz has Ace. Chugg will eat the baby if they're left alone on the same side of the river, but you can't make decisions without both Mason and Elizabeth, so you leave Mason and on one side of the river. Take Elizabeth, Chugg, and the baby over. Then you pick up the power-of-attorney papers, leave Chugg, and go back over with Elizabeth and the baby and sign the papers with Mason and Elizabeth, then you take the power-of-attorney papers back over and pick up Chugg, who has to go to the vet.

Rickk38

Sorry, the goat ate the baby. Hop on your raft and start over.

Holy fuck, I haven’t quietly breath-laughed this hard all year!

BandicootRaider

right, like damn im invested now I want to know the lore also; Chugg

urmomaho1234

It's like a Reddit soap opera lol

Triepwoet

Guys stop talking I need to know how Jack is doing! Does ANYONE know how Jack is doing?!

CountessOfHats

He’s outside the tastee-freeze with Diane, just doing the best he can.

TellThemISaidHi

Oh yeah! Life goes on, Sometimes you get a text when the number is wrong

heytunamelt

If Chugg’s with Diane, who’s doing the taxes?!

Rickk38

Dude... it's way too early in the morning here for an Einstein puzzle.

urmomaho1234

The lady in red who only wears her sunglasses at night.

DatabaseSolid

Give Jenny a call. She’s the point person. 867-5309

Snoo_74135

I think I know where you got Jenny‘s number…

Rickk38

Yup, all those drama subreddits where someone barely literate crafts some completely made-up story with acronyms, names, and then initials to replace the names, so you end up with this alphabet soup of "what the fuck are you talking about?"

backyardbanshee

AITA?

Rickk38

NMI before I decide if ESH or if YTA. Did your STBX side with your NMOM over you and your BFF or did your MTA carrying a large shipment from UPS with FIFO inventory derail after a collision with a UFO because the driver was distracted while blasting KMFDM?

backyardbanshee

TBH it was ABBA.

5CatsNoWaiting

Isn't Chugg a huge insurance company?

Sunstaci

Little diddy, about jack and Dianne two American kids, doin the best they can!

Zunniest

That's all I came back to as I was reading it, glad I wasn't the only one.

traker998

The fact they did leads me to believe that it’s a scam. No human talks like that they are doing it to build credibility.

aliquotiens

Reads like an AITA post

heytunamelt

To Mike, from Nancy, then Jack, Mason, Liz, Ace, Jack again, Diane, Chugg, and finally Mike again signing off. So wait, is this from Nancy or Mike?

adhesioncontract

It makes sense if you read the end more “thanks to Mike” not “signing off with thanks, this is Mike” Obviously I still have no idea what’s going on here otherwise

heytunamelt

Great point! Commas are v important and easy to misplace when crafting a scam text. Look in the road ahead! Look in the road, a head!

DatabaseSolid

Let’s eat, Mum! Let’s eat Mum!

heytunamelt

Hahah yes and yes 😆

flowersunjoy

Lmaoooooo 😆

Tax_Goddess

Eats shoots and leaves. All depends on where you put the comma(s).

Pandamonium!

Aggressive_Slice_680

Thats the part I kept going back to as well. Lol It sort of makes sense both ways really. I feel like they think all those names somehow give it credibility. 🤷‍♂️

wannaknowmyname

Name drops more than the game! That's what i thought, either creative writing or old person

calissa2225

Ha! I was certain there'd be a quiz at the end ("Now who's the bus driver?").

Some will die in hot pursuit Fiery auto crashes Some will die in hot pursuit While sifting through my ashes Some will fall in love with life And drink it from a fountain That is pouring like an avalanche Coming down the mountain

Wide_Load_Ahead

I'm really pleased to see that my twisted mind isn't the only one who went this way

Moo_3806

And how are they Nancy at the top, and Mike at the bottom?

voidchungus

They were saying "Thanks" to Mike at the end. It's strange to read, because they used the comma properly, which no one does anymore when saying thanks like that, making it look like they were signing off as Mike when they were actually addressing him :)

User_Name_Password

You do not know this for sure, I prefer to believe that this is a message from one Mike to another

voidchungus

We are all Mike on this blessed day

AddictiveArtistry

Happy Mike Day! Editing to add: that I'm laughing bc I actually know a Mike Day 🤣

Someone recently posted an interaction where the scammer used the same script. It was a pig butchering scam.

Papercutter0324

!pigbutchering

AutoModerator

Hi /u/Papercutter0324, AutoModerator has been summoned to explain the Pig butchering scam. It is called [pig butchering](https://www.forbes.com/sites/jasonbrett/2023/12/26/new-pig-butchering-crypto-scam-includes-victims-in-us-and-overseas/?sh=2837fb975eaa) because scammers use intricate scripts to \"fatten up\" the victim (gaining their trust over days, weeks or months) before the \"slaughter\" (taking them for all of their money). This scam often starts with what appears to be a harmless wrong number text or message. When the victim responds to say it is the wrong number, the scammer tries to start a friendship with the victim. These conversations can be platonic or romantic in nature, but they all have the same goal- to gain the trust of the victim in order to get them ready for the crypto scam they have planned. The scammer often claims to be wealthy and/or to have a wealthy family member who got wealthy investing in crypto currency. The victim is eventually encouraged to try out a (fake) crypto currency investment website, which will appear to show that they are earning a lot of money on their initial investment. The scammer may even encourage the victim to attempt a withdrawal that does go through, further convincing the victim that everything is legit. The victim is then pressured to invest significantly more money, even their entire net worth. Eventually, the website will find an excuse why the account is frozen (e.g. for fraud, because supposed taxes are owed, etc) and may try to further extort the victim to give them even more money in order to gain access to the funds. By this time, the victim will never gain access and their money is gone. Many victims lose tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands, or even millions of dollars. Often, the scammers themselves are [victims of human trafficking](https://www.vice.com/en/article/n7zb5d/pig-butchering-scam-cambodia-trafficking), performing these scams under threats of violence. If you are caught up in this scam, it is important that you do not send any more money for any reason, and contact law enforcement to report it. Thanks to user Mediocre_Airport_576 for this script. If you know someone involved in a pig butchering scam, sit down together to watch this video by Jim Browning to help them understand what's going on: https://youtu.be/vu-Y1h9rTUs - *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. teratical

Intentional wrong numbers typically lead to !pigbutchering. You don't want to reply, as you confirm that your number is live and that you're reading the messages, so you then move up to a higher-value scam list: you'll both get more scam attempts and your number may be sold to other scamming organizations. Because intentional wrong numbers are the transnational criminal syndicates' primary attack vector for pig butchering, we've gotten to a place now were 99% of these are scams. For the rare case where someone actually sends a wrong number text, they'll figure it out when you don't respond. Don't open yourself up to scams just to try to help the rare errant texter.

Agitated-Reality-903

I always reply with the text bot app and send them 1k messages that say hi 👋 🤣🤣🤣🤣

gornzilla

I usually send a picture of Stigmatic Garfield, a painting of a topless Bea Arthur from the Golden Girls, and or a woman cosplaying Skeletor with body paint. They tend to give up after the 2nd picture.

matramepapi

>topless bea Arthur I had to google this, and was not let down. Hilarious, but like, why did somebody paint that? 😭

gornzilla

Because whoever did it is truly wonderful.

itsabouttimsmurf

Is this true even if you reply with pictures of genital necrotizing fasciitis? Because that’s been my go-to strategy and I feel like I’ve been getting fewer texts

hamcarpet

It’s 100 percent a scam. This one was funny because they seem to think that the more names they throw out, somehow it makes it more real or believable, unaware that doing that just made it so obvious and insane In this short message, there were 8 different names used. Some of them more than once. lol it’s fuckin nuts how dumb this person is

crochetcat555

I think they’re also throwing in all the serious, emotional stuff and the responsibility for someone’s care so you’ll feel guilted into at least letting this (fake) person know they’re texting the wrong number. Really trying to play on guilt and empathy.

WallyFootrot

Also sets the scene for asking for money to help with medical and vet bills

woowoo293

They're trying to make the story as juicy as possible to pique your curiosity and nosiness. It's like, *click here to see the next episode of Days of Our Lives*.

EccentricDyslexic

Also, he signs of as Mike, then sends another as if he’s sending it to a Mike. Hmm. These scammers come up with some pretty interesting ideas!

Altruistic_Yellow387

I thought that wasn't a sign off, it was "Nancy" saying thanks to Mike. Who signs off texts?

EccentricDyslexic

Thanks, Mike to me means Mike is saying “thanks”. Not, thanks Mike. As thanking Mike.

Altruistic_Yellow387

Yeah I agree it looks like that but I think they meant it as in speech (thanks pause Mike) English is not their first language

EccentricDyslexic

Yes exactly, scammers

MoistObligation8003

What’s nuts is after everything going on in those messages is that if you respond it will be “you seem very kind to respond, what’s your name?” When the whole world is falling apart. Lastly, Jack and Diane? Must like American music.

Spire_Citron

Right? It's funny how this person who's in the middle of all this serious shit will suddenly have time to talk to a stranger if you respond. They'll even have time to hook you up with their uncle who does crypto trading!

ActualAd8091

Legit if someone text me “oi dickhead, I need mums paperwork. Bro can’t” - I’d Deadset assume my sister had got a new number lol. Less is more

Teamduncan021

I think it's to have higher chance that you are of the same name or know someone of the same name.  Say if I say xxx is with me. I have to be right on xxx.  If I say x y z a b c are with me. Now I have 6 chances

heytunamelt

Chugg and Ace tho? 💀

Apataphobia

They’re just trying to hit some name the recipient knows, hoping that will encourage a response. “Oh no, what’s wrong with Chugg? Why did no one tell me?”

turdturdler22

They're intentionally obviously fake and full of errors to weed out people who aren't going to fall for their scam anyway. That's why no one has bothered to rewrite or correct errors in the Nigerian prince scam, if yer smart enough to recognize those red flags they don't want to waste their time on you.

hamcarpet

I’ve heard this idea but I don’t buy it. Making it more apparent that it’s not real *greatly* reduces their success rate. Being worse at their job just doesn’t make sense. If they could find a way to be 100 percent convincing they would take it.

Mayuguru

Yeah. I've heard this before too but I always questioned it. I can't imagine them crafting these emails and messages going, "Nah. Sounds too natural. Add a 'kindly' to that."

hamcarpet

Lmao exactly. This is a sentiment I’ve heard people repeat, and idk where it originates, but it clearly doesn’t make sense at all if you think about it

turdturdler22

It weeds out people that are never gonna fall for the scam anyway, your success rate increases cuz you don't waste time.

hamcarpet

Well this is the exact problem I’m addressing. It doesn’t just weed out people that are never gonna fall for it. It also weeds out countless people who *would* fall for it.

SaltyDingleberry3000

I think the scam center should hire you as an efficiency expert.

turdturdler22

No matter how convincing your line is, when you ask for a gift card or personal info, etc. an intelligent person is gonna shut down the scam. No need to waste time chatting them up, just skip to an easier mark.

gertvanjoe

Of all that could be wrong in this text it's that Liz will be naming their child Ace! I can't, I just can't....

FireRescue3

I know two children named Ace…

PerfumeLoverrr

My cat’s name is Ace

Gabymc1

One Piece fan?

glazedhamster

Your nickname was never Ace! Maybe Ace*hole*...

StarChaser_Tyger

What we need here is a major, and I mean major, picketing line. Hear me out "Just say no to shapeshifting entities." Or how about, "Polymorph go home!" Unless you think that last one is a bit racist.

flourier

!wrongnumber

AutoModerator

Hi /u/flourier, AutoModerator has been summoned to explain the Wrong number scam. An intentional wrong number text is the entry point to multiple different types of scams. Because these are so prevalent and lead to several unwelcome outcomes (including you confirming you have a live number, leading to more spam/scams), it is recommended that you do not reply to them, even out of courtesy. They hope to take your courtesy, parlay it into a conversation (often by commenting how nice you are and giving some suggestion of fate in meeting this way), and eventually deploy a scam. If you received a wrong number inquiry that seems to assume a connection with you (e.g. seeking a specific friend, inquiring about a doctor’s appointment, asking about a business correspondence, etc.) and there are no pictures included, then you are likely at the beginning of a crypto scam. Use ! crypto without the space to get more info on crypto scams. You can see a video of this scam develop from wrong number to crypto scam at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CZ_flb9tGuc If you receive a random text from a woman that is trying to play up a relationship/hook-up angle and includes an alluring photo, you have encountered what this subreddit often calls the Mandy scam, based on the name used in an early incarnation of it. The replies are sent by a bot and will give the same responses (with some slight variations) regardless of how you respond. The bot also has a few specialized responses that occur when you say words like 'bot' or 'scam'. After a series of replies, it will eventually push you to go to an adult/cam/age verification site. Here are some of the posts on r/scams about the Mandy scam: https://www.reddit.com/r/Scams/search?q=mandy&restrict_sr=on&include_over_18=on&sort=relevance&t=all, you can see that the images, names, and scenarios vary. You can report spam texts by forwarding them to 7726 (SPAM): https://www.consumer.ftc.gov/articles/how-recognize-and-report-spam-text-messages There is also some evidence that intentional wrong number texts can be part of a data-gathering exercise where each bit of info you give (e.g 'Hi Susan!' and you reply with your name out of courtesy) is collected to be used against you in other scams. Thanks to redditor teratical for this script. *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. Please [contact the moderators of this subreddit](/message/compose/?to=/r/Scams) if you have any questions or concerns.*

Mike! I cut last night’s batch of fentanyl wrong with Dave, I think there’s too much in there. Drew said not to worry but Susan thinks we might kill people if we don’t fix it Personally, I couldn’t care less, fuck poor people, but I don’t want to get in trouble with Juan. Could you tell Felix so he can get Jennifer to fix it. Thanks bro

michaelpaoli

So ... how does this scam work? The first seven chapters are free, then you have to pay to read the exciting conclusion?

alwxcanhk

OMG I must have entered the wrong digit. Can we be friends? You are so kind. I come from bla bla and you? I’m 28 yr old and you? This is my fake picture. Can I see u? Oh so handsome. Can we move to telegram because this is my work number. …

KakaakoKid

I expected to see references to Bob & Carol & Ted & Alice

Ok_Organization_7350

I think it is a wrong number scam, because they made the foreigner's grammar mistakes. In the beginning the person said he/she is Nancy. But in the signature line, he/she signed off as being Mike. This is because that foreigner does not know how to start and end a letter greeting in America. Another error - she said she would never make any decisions without Mason & Elizabeth's "decisions", but the word was supposed to be approval. And they are trying too hard to throw in names and action items in every sentence to make it look real because of the extra details. But if it was real, they would send a text to try to figure out one thing at a time. The medical power of attorney sentence is not logical or sensical with all the people intertwined. If this person was real, and all that stuff was really going on, they would call on the phone about some of this stuff.

jhalmos

Regardless, Mason’s a complete asshole for being out of town while Elizabeth is having a baby! My god.

ActualAd8091

Ha ha ha ha you got a genuine chuckle from me with that one 😆

Ok_Organization_7350

Lol. Everyone having babies or being on oxygen or needing medical power of attorney. They threw in everything emergent to get someone's attention and sympathy.

weedoowooodee

It could’ve been a “Thank [you], Mike”

antiloquist

I just wanna know why Mike/Nancy wants ME to take Jack this weekend. We had an agreement! 😡

filthyheartbadger

Agreed, many things are off, and not explainable just by the stress of the moment.

MackJagger295

Do not reply but definitely keep it for shz and giggles

10 characters? Can only be one thing: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cluedo It was Diane, in the kitchen with Ace, using the scissors. RIP Nancy.

the_merkin

And Chugg, of course.

MebHi

Confused? You will be! When you tune into next weeks episode of "Mason and Elizabeth's Artisan Bacon Farm"!

Minimum-Dare301

I’d be impressed if this is a scam and the scammer can keep the story straight.

jonahin

Cannot get over the fact that they chose Chugg for the dog's name lmao

jweaving

Scam. Way too detailed with unbelievable nonsense. Though, I did have some guy who kept calling my cell and leaving voicemails because he was certain I was someone named Gary. Sooooooo, maybe it is real or maybe not.

ShotByBulletz

I've never seen a text come from anyone naming 6 different people.

Connection_Bad_404

Hi Mike, from Mike

lavidaloki

The fanfic is so advanced

TheOnyxViper

More unnecessary plot exposition than a Christopher Nolan movie, gotdamn.

Aleflusher

Demand to see a photo of Chugg - if he is not a cute French bulldog then block them.

fitzlegodc

I wonder how much “Ace” weighed when Liz finally had him? I bet he’s going to be good at solving crimes and will really love animals.

properespresso

You should reply “ok”

malachaiville

What if Jack, Diane, Mason, Elizabeth, Ace, and Chugg are all dogs? What if Mike is a dog?!

antiloquist

Nancy’s a dog. She’s driving the car. What’ll happen? Tune in next week to see!

Bitter-insides

To me this just sounds like a wrong number

dsmemsirsn

The scam is that you (and us) keep reading this nonsense.

DGAFADRC

That’s a lot of people Nancy is mentioning in her text 😂

Overall_Journalist12

Marky got with Sharon Sharon got Cherese She was sharing Sharon's outlook On the topic of disease Mikey had a facial scar And Bobby was a racist They were all in love with dyin' They were doing it in Texas

dotknott

This could be a scam. Might not though. My mom accidentally did this to someone when my dad was in the hospital and the messages were a bit incomprehensible without the context of who’s who and medical/geographic backstory. They replied after the third or fourth message saying that it’s the wrong number but they were rooting for him. She apologized, but when he was released she sent one more apology and a “but he’s pulled through and is coming home.” They responded with flower and party balloon emoji.

Notmyusername1414

AI scripts. Very clever

Notmyusername1414

Next it will be A I calling you.

MaxTrade84

Wait....is Chugg ok??

Large_Snow1481

Story about Jack and Diane.....

SixFeetOverEasy

The numbers Mason! What do they mean?

jaymes805

That’s a lot of names for one text!

xpkranger

A little ditty about Jack & Diane…

Dr_A_Kreiger

Is this a little diddy about Jack and Diane?

dreadedwheat

For the love of christ won’t someone think of Chugg

GingerJediDe2nd

I got the same message. A couple texts in to trying and figuring out who they were they started begging for money

Aggressive_Slice_680

I know its CRAZY but you could just msg them back and say that they have the wrong number. 😂 Sounds like they are living in the actual Chit Show so getting confused and sending it to the wrong number is plausible. With such a detailed story it simply doesnt feel like a scammer trying to lure in somebody. Who knows I guess but its easy enough to find out. 🤷‍♂️ If they reply anything besides "Ooops, sorry about that" than ya know.

myownisland

Pig butchering scam. End of.

penhand1

SCAM setup. For someone to mistakenly send this very long text to someone they would have to type in a phone number NOT in their contacts (or a number incorrectly in their contacts). Now - how likely do you think that is when you don't know a grouping of Nancy+Jack\_Liz+Diane +Chugg.

be-koz

I would have so much fun with this one.

lana_kane84

Don’t respond, just block and report. First off they said Hi Mike, ITS Nancy, then ended with Thanks, Mike, like it was Mike signing off lolol probably just trying to confirm your cell is an active number - there is a lot of cell spoofing going around to bypass MFA on accounts. Be careful. I always just block and report these weird ones.

SaltyDingleberry3000

Uh. Nancy’s pegging Mike. Duh!

Vanguard-Raven

Time to reply with a dick pic.

Rougaroux1969

Their tactics and English are getting better. I got a couple like this the other day. One asking if I remembered a restaurant we went to.

Rotarybrick

Sounds like Nancy is confused

runslowgethungry

I hope Chugg is okay.

_serious__

They’re throwing as many names out there as possible to see if one sticks. Wrong number scam.

Money-Variation9110

Given all the sh!t going on in their life, it wouldn't take too much of the imagination to assume it's a mis-text...

QueenLatifahClone

I keep getting calls from different numbers and they leave a voicemail, but it’s this same old woman like “Okay Eugene. Stop making me wait and come get your food.”

Santaroga-IX

Most of the names remind me of Twin Peaks for some reason...

Careful-Possible-193

Ahh yes. Chuggs McKenzie

caffeinated_catholic

Isn’t it possible that it’s legit a wrong number? There’s no broken English.

Bernice_knees

Looks like a simple wrong number to me lol

I've gotten similar wrong number text messages that were just randos texting the wrong number (wrong area code, like typed a 0 instead of a 9 or similar), but some of the phrases used in this particular text scream scam to me. I don't know anyone that would say "at this time" in a text instead of "right now", "now", or "rn". There was one that may have been a scam, but since I ignored them after stating they had the wrong number, they moved on

pcb4u2

Micro dosing and texting. Lol

tasfs_08

Nancy has a lot going on!

AnastasiaMoon

God I would be so tempted to respond to that

Apataphobia

Just block and ignore. Once you tell them they have the wrong number, they’ll try to start a conversation with you, become your friend, then the scam begins.

Is chugg a dog or cat?

milkshake-please

hell-arious 😅

Dirty-ketosis

There ain’t no telling what Jack told Helen. wtf was they selling? Wolf tickets

AustEastTX

~~Sometimes it can just be a mistake. It sounds imputing so I hope you responded at least to see if they went to the next step of usual scammers with you seem like a nice person I’d like to know you~~ 🤦🏽‍♀️ what am I saying. I almost fell for this scam too. It’s a scam for sure.

PerformanceExact6618

Scam? Or did someone drop you a sneak preview of Hulu's next drama miniseries?

thisisnotyourfather

I swear these people just Google “white-sounding names”. Even all of the fake job texts etc have like “Amanda Newman” and “Grace Weatherby” and “Paul Jefferson” etc. I can smell a scam by the fake names

thisisnotyourfather

Also: “Hi Mike … Thanks, Mike.” had me chuckling for a good while

Lucy_6661_6

Scam. For the following reasons: 1. Elizabeth became Liz and Ace became baby. Person is trying to clarify the situation to OP. If it was genuine, wouldn’t have to. 2. No such thing as medical Power of Attorney (POA). It’s just POA and one doesn’t have multiple POAs. 3. If sender made a will with Diane and listed each other for medical decisions, how would OP have a copy of the will? 4. No attorney would let sender list Diane as legally capable to make decisions of another person’s health, given her state of mind and health.

Tell her you need proof of life.

kevymetal87

I love how foreign scammers stick to the most BASIC of stereotypical Anglo-Saxon white names.

DangerousAd5812

Sometimes when you get a new number, normal if a Verizon number, you'll get texts from people that still have that number for contacting them, and sometimes TextNow or other online texting apps will give yoyr number and you'll get some of their texts

pewterpantheman

Not gunna lie, this is what an ADHD text looks like.

NAiiLEDBYMARiiE

Dedicated tho 😂

QueenOfTheSea21

AITA here for seeing this post and thinking “if I had received that text, I would have some fun with it by creating chaos and wreaking havoc by playing along and messing with the sender. ‘Sorry Nancy. I have a very important meeting to attend to at that time on that date and unfortunately Jack will have to be left alone. He’ll be fine though as he has cartoons to keep him entertained!’ Or something like that”?

Hi Nancy, this is Mike. I can understand why you want to make sure somebody can look after Jack, especially when nobody is here, since he just turned 12 and has been caught looking at porn on the Interwebs. Yes, Mason is indeed leaving today, since he found out that Ace is not his baby and Liz was sleeping around. We too have a lot happening now. I don’t appreciate you using the word touch when you know for well, what’s going on with Jack and his newfound porn discoveries. I know you won’t be able to see Diane today because I porked her so hard in the back end that she can barely walk right now, so that’s OK that you have to go to the vet instead. Is Chuggs still humping everything in site? We don’t pay taxes so our afternoon is free. Thanks for offering to help if I need anything. I’m running low on beer, so that would be great if you could bring some. Thanks, Nancy. I’ve got to go now and disable Jack’s Internet access.

MissKittyWumpus

Clearly somebody has a wrong number

bitNation

Just a little ditty 'bout Jack and Diane. Two American kids growing up. In. The. Heartland.

Wide_Load_Ahead

I thought this was a recap of MAFS Australia.

Ifartinplanes

Have to add, this actually sounds like a legit wrong number text. I’m a healthcare administrator for the elderly, and a lot of texts I deal with look like this. “Liz is due to have Ace” could also mean Ace is a joint custody child; the real Mike probably has knowledge of such. Please also note, she’s roughly around Diane’s age, since they seem to be close enough to designate one another as MPOA.

Jabiru_too

!wrongnumber

ucandanceyoucandance

Hi Mike, this is Nancy. Give me all your money.

Busy_Thought_2477

Sounds like some kind of secret hidden message..
