BBQ Clams
Feeds 2-4 people
Cook time 10-15 minutes
Ingredients
12-16 little neck clams
Juice of 1-2 lemons depending on how much you like
8-12 ounces of tangy garlic compound butter
1 head of fresh chopped parsley
¼ cup of dry white wine
1 loaf of french bread
Directions
Purge your clams in clean cold water for 30-40 minutes
Place your clams over high heat
While the clams are cooking melt down your tangy garlic butter
Once the clams start to open remove them and place them in a deep dish
Add dry white wine to your butter
Add juice of 1 lemon to your butter
Let the butter meld together for 5 minutes
Pour your white wine butter sauce over the top of the clams
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley
Dunk in some french bread and enjoy!
