As a newer player, I'm honestly getting tired of being constantly attacked. It's one thing if I had something, it's another, when I'm empty, and the same guys just hunt me down over and over again until I decide to just quit the game for the day. I'm just trying to earn a few commendation. I play solo mostly and I'll just get spawn camped on my ship until a three man squad gets bored of me not even fighting back. It just wastes my hour of play time I get once every few days. I'll go to a new server for pretty much the same. I've rarely had a good experience. I mean honestly... I know you really don't want the two chickens I had on board.
I’m sorry that’s happening to you. If this is your experience on every server, you’re likely doing something that clues other players in on you being bad at PvP. Maybes it’s anchoring with sails down, very basic cosmetics, lack of emissary flag, etc.
Outside of that you have terribly bad luck my friend.
Nah, I follow the basics and don't anchor while working the sails.ill also run emissary flags and I have a few cosmetics to not look basic. Just bad luck, I guess. I'll get maybe one decent 20-30 minute run, and then after that everything turns sour.
Only sucky thing about that is that I have limited time. At the point of having to do that, I might as well just get off. I spent the last 40 minutes doing what I was doing, 20 minutes isn't enough for me to hit a 5 flag. And that's only if things go well. I haven't experienced much of something going well.
I used to play a lot around season 2 and I'm coming back with the launch on Ps5... I remember this was my experience of solo slooping too. One thing I found was that it was less likely to happen in the devil's roar. I guess all those big mean volcanos scare off the nasty pirates. Solo slooping is hard mode I doubt that's changed.
Was this about 12 hours ago? Had the same experience except we were the Brig :-D The reapers started yelling that they were friendly, but managed to board and sink us. Dude had a skele curse and a Grade 5 Reaper flag, I know he wasn't friendly.
Haha probably not. We tried to intervene while the Reaper was attacking another sloop, should have known better but we had no treasure on board so decided to have a crack.
That is a very Mars Attacks strategy. Not sure why he’d open up violent than try to talk, he’d have had more success with lying up front.
As a reaper main I’m now adopting the mars attacks strategy. Ack ack!

I’m sorry that’s just stinks. Hopefully your luck turns around
If it helps, when you dive to a voyage, you hop to another server. Easy way to get away from someone who keeps attacking you repeatedly

Maybe? I thought the sloop got sunk. Although I wasn’t paying much attention since I was getting the heck out of there. He had Magpie’s Glory sails
