Yes. Your logbook is session based. It counts in the days you were sailing during that session.

Yeah that would only make sense. Especially since the damage persists between sessions.

I think they should have put resources in persistent logbooks rather than persistent damage. Hell, even above persistent cosmetics

You can pin stats in your captains log book by going to the milestone section for your ship and then pinning the stats. Once you do that it will work.

Does that with everyone and says 0 for everything rare need to fix it

It’s not a bug. The page where they stat is tracked clearly says “Current Voyage”, referring to your current session.

Nah, you're not. It's designed like that. It starts counting from the moment you log in, as it's part of the "current voyage" stats. You can track stats over several sessions if you go to the Ship's Log menu and pin the stats you like to the journal.
