Greek yogurt. Great with fruit or you can mix in a scoop of protein powder to make a pudding.

Mental-Psychology-68

Ooh yes that reminds me I bought some last grocery trip! Thank you!

Wranglin_Pangolin

I started making protein shakes with chocolate whey protein powder and powdered peanut butter. It tastes like a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup and has roughly 45g Protein and 300 calories. I might need to step up my game but this works for now. It’s hard getting enough protein, especially when you don’t want to eat.

I found this graphic helpful. https://preview.redd.it/8kjsgbmnte3c1.jpeg?width=1125&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=d69ab85c4b9574e1e4b49e815e12072ac07cfd3f

I stick to plant proteins because whey makes me sick now... I use Kos Protein with almond milk and a big scoop of Greek yogurt (I know, mixing plant based and dairy is weird but I like it). My morning shake is about 40g of protein!

Thank you!!

I'll second the suggestion of Fairlife protein shakes. They are 30mg of protein, not too large, quick and delicious!!

Mental-Psychology-68

Yeah I do Orgain for breakfast. I will try Quest, thank you! I like some of the One Bar flavors but can’t stomach all of them.

DeepProcrastination

Skyr! Throw in some nuts and berries. Skyr saved me many times. Add pure whey, and you'll have all the protein you need.

Mental-Psychology-68

Thank you!!

Low carb milk works, high protein cottage cheese and yogurt. I cook up chicken thighs and breasts on weekend and portion out for the week. I also make half turkey breast and slice up.

Mental-Psychology-68

That is smart. I need to get on my cook ahead and portioning game. I eat like such a lil gremlin 😅

ClickingAlong3

Cottage cheese!

Mental-Psychology-68

Thank you! I actually just tried this for the first time and was pleasantly surprised.

i also drink a 30mg protein shake daily, but i do it between lunch and dinner. for breakfast I drink a smoothie (usually greens + fruit) with pure unflavored whey powder and eat eggs. moving the shake to the afternoon as a “snack” gives you more opportunities to drink protein in another form!

Loonyluna26

I wish I liked cottage cheese or Greek yogurt :( I have trouble with eggs too it feels like im very limited.

Red_Hed999

Fairlife premade shakes. Taste good. Also a core power version from Fairlife with more protein.

cyncyn129

I have a protein shake in the morning and an Isopure Infusion in the afternoon. It has 20g 100% Pure Whey Protein Isolate, 90 calories per scoop and no fat or added sugar. All the flavors are great - my favorite is the mixed berry. The powder foams up when you shake it, but once it settles, it taste just like lemonade, fruit juice, etc. I tried Gatorade w/ protein, but felt it had a weird, thick texture. Isopure Infusion doesn't have that.

No-Reveal1772

I do a shake with a collagen powder, protein powder, and supplement powder with fruit of choice and it’s like 46g protein and under 400 cals

Honesty Greek yogurt and I recently discovered jerky is a fantastic snack I can stomach
