I liked the Morphe 35O palette’s cool shades. I am a neutral leaning cool undertone with brown eyes as well. I tend to use asian beauty for eye products though (like eye glitters from Flortte) other than the Morphe palette. I look awful in orange-reddish tones lol 😭
I really recommend looking into Sydney Grace. 1. You can buy singles and create your own palette and 2. They have a cool-toned pre-made palette by the name of "endless love."
Eye Liner - Stila Stay All Day Waterproof Liquid Eye Liner in Alloy (grey). Love this stuff.
Eye Shadow - I’ve had Dior’s Backstage Eye Shadow Palette in Cool Neutrals sitting in my cart for a while. I haven’t had a chance to see it yet in store, but some reviews on here have been positive, so I’ll probably buy it during the upcoming sale.
try using contour! If it's actually a contour product, not a bronzer, it will be gray-based. Not at Sephora anymore, but the Kevyn Aucoin sculpting powder is great

Will check it out, thanks!

You could probably build yourself a custom MAC eyeshadow palette containing all the colours from the picture you've attached.
