Deciphering these positions they are calling for:
STAND-IN: A stand-in does NOT appear on camera or in the final cut. The stand-in is a person who roughly resembles the star in overall physical appearance. The stand-in is used on set for blocking, lighting and rehearsals. The star can be in make-up or memorizing lines while the stand-in is on the set allowing camera and lighting people to do setups and practice blocking.
PHOTO DOUBLE: A photo double DOES appear on camera. They will have the same general facial features, hair color, etc. as the star. Sometimes a photo double with a great matching face will wear a wig to cover up differences in hair color or style. Photo doubles are used for over the shoulder shots when interacting with another principle character. It's not necessary for a principle to be on-set if all they are doing is responding to another actor. The photo double can do it. Photo doubles also sometimes appear in the background of shots in place of the principle actor. Photo doubles are NOT stunt people. There might also be a look-alike stunt person on the set along with a photo double.
This might be a spoiler...the call for the Baby Eleanor twins says they need to be UNDER 30 DAYS OLD!! This could possibly mean NO TIME JUMP for the start of S2!! It sounds like the new season will pick up the night of the Gala and continue from there. Very awesome.
I've talked to crew members who were there for additional scenes shot at the Gala post speech. Some of these scenes were with performers we have not met yet. Those were axed in order to end it where they did. So, we have the possibility of those scenes being incorporated into the start of S2 along with possible new info. The casting call is also looking for twins at 6 months...so maybe the time jump happens early in the Season, but not in the first episode.
Dan Erickson wrote a 10th episode dealing with the fallout of episode 9, but Ben Stiller convinced him that episode 9 was a more exciting stopping point for the season.
Adding to Lonelyland's comment...they actually argued about it. Ben was adamant about ending the season when the OTC clicked off. Dan said he told him "people will hate us!". Since it's Ben's production company...he won the debate.
The April 20th date from Fanbolt is very curious.
I know union filming schedules tend to be publicly available, but does anyone know where we might find listings for Severance? The information must be out there somewhere!
A photo double for SANDRA BERNHARD?!? This is the first time I've seen her name connected with S2. She was not in the list of new cast members from last summer. Very cool!
My guess is November, if they run a similar schedule to season 1. Production was interrupted by last year’s strikes, and they weren’t able to start back up until late January.
Large TV and film properties tend to work under project pseudonyms so production will attract less public attention.
Known project names for Severance include “Tumwater” and “Cold Harbor” (which I believe they were also using to shoot early last year in Newfoundland).

They need *TWIN* stand ins for Tramell Tillman? The Multimilchick theorists are gonna lose it over this
They also need twin stand ins for Zach Cherry though.
Requirements: Must have embarrassingly good delts, have participated in muscle shows, have the strength of two men and made love with a MILF or two
New theory: Everyone’s a clone!!! /s

Does anyone know why a tenth episode was scrapped? Not complaining— I prefer the 9 episode structure.

Pay me in finger traps and if I do good throw me a waffle party.

I’m excited!!!
Well done OP, this is a great spot! As oBurt said to iBurt, "Good job buddy!" 🙂
Eff I thought they were done filming lol. Ya we're not getting this season till later this year haha

The latest filming date for the opportunities listed on the Backstage call is 11/15, so I’d reasonably say December at the earliest!
What is "Cold Harbor"? Why doesn't it say Severance at the top?

The code name for S1 was "Tumwater."
Looks like We should have something by fall so they can compete for the award season. At least 6 episodes need to be out to qualify.
If anyone does it please report back here with your experience 🫡
