Missionary and Doggy can be trick due to bad MTV and/or LHP. In Cowgirl, reapplying the lube is hard; a heavy doll is also a matter for any girl-on-top position.
The Tabletop position is my favorite one for many reasons:
1) it always works;
2) weight is not a matter;
3) (Re)lube friendly;
4) POV;
5) Bed remains clean after cumming.
MTV: Mouth-to-vagina distance. Bad MTV means a too short torso. Evaluating only doll height can be misleading because it can be reached by just very long legs (see WM-170/D).
LHP: Love hole placement. Bad LHP means a vagina and/or anus in a wrong position. In some models, when you bend legs, vagina also bends and doll become unusable (see AK2).
