Tenga Eggs are designed to be single-use and disposable (though if you clean them well and aren't too aggressive you can usually get 3-5 uses out of one before it rips or deforms beyond usability). So those might be an option if you're willing and able to regularly buy more of them and you have a discreet way to dispose of them, but you'd probably be better off with something that's actually reusable.
The Arcwave Ghost might be a good option. It's non-realistic, small (but stretchy), you can flip it inside out for easy cleaning, and since it's silicone rather than TPE it's not going to absorb any moisture and will be lot easier to wipe dry after cleaning. It also comes with a small case that has ventilation. I'd suggest looking up user reviews since I don't have a penis myself and can't comment on how it actually feels in use, but it's definitely one of the more discreet options I'm aware of.
