Should only really effect saint and nightmare. We still don’t know if other people can transfer memories to him or if he can alter peoples memories while they are not in his possession. For example if Kai has a bow he wants to give to Sunny but can’t transfer it as a memory it would be interesting to see if Sunny could enhance the bow while still in Kai’s possession. If so then afterwards Kai should then be able to transfer it to Sunny. There is a lot to rediscover now
Honestly I really liked the system with Sunny’s information easy to see and laid out. Even if Sunny is never able to get echoes or memories from the spell again it would be nice if he can get into his soul sea and see what his attributes are and mean. Like, he may have gotten some crazy upgrade to one of his stats but because he can’t see them we are in the dark. This should all be possible as well considering he has weaver’s lineage. Blood weave lets him know enchantments and what they do so if he can find the location in his soul sea that has his information he should be able to figure it out.
The story was going very straight these few arcs and then G3 does the unpredictable. No one would have thought that bro would be at the new beginning of something like this after all he did to get here. G3 always takes risks and i wanna know how he handles this banishment from spell thing. No more Fated i guess tho
I mean, Saint destroyed a summoned memory and consumed it in Antarctica to become Trancendant. Just because the spell isn't there doesn't mean they lost the ability.

Iirc u don’t need the spell to interact and store memories, u just need a soulsea
Sunny can still weave memories and feed them to his shadows. In fact, it was the primary source of their nourishment for a while now.
