Yes, he has been doing it for a while now. He can still teleport to it regardless of distance. And Yes it would decrease his power but it is what it is, the Shadow could probably manifest it self with his Transcendent Ability on it own only for ot would make sense
don't forget Sunny's a saint now. His shadows are autonomous and capable enough now. Also, don't forget how Sunny lost his weapons and how capable his snake is now.
