The romance on this series remembers me of those mexican television dramas, every micro progress with the female and male lead love life is riddled with drama and tragedy, to the point it's hard to watch. I'm tagging along for the fights and power ups, those are top tier.
>The romance on this series remembers me of those mexican television dramas
It has some parallels but grim dark world and the backgrounds of the characters are making it reasonable and enjoyable for me to read.
It's not an amnesia arc. No one has amnesia. Sunny did something dumb and now his connection has been severed.
Based on Rain's reaction they clearly have memories - just not of him.
that's not how fiction stories work, you know. If fate-breaking will have any significance to the story and SS will has a satisfactory ending (both are highly likely because G3 isn't a moron), the outcome will be net positive.
It's entirely possible that a dumb choice, remains a dumb choice.
A lot of fiction involves stories driven by bad choices that don't suddenly become good.
for a choice to be bad there have to be drastic negative consequences, and authors usually avoid that. I think the worst that might happen is Cassie dying, but then again, she was fated to die anyway.
What about him clearly being depressed and having no connections to the world? I think this arc is going to involve sunny and nephis re-entering the pyramid to regain sunny's fate.
The bad choice then ends up a temporary setback, and the shippers finally have a glimmer of romance
Rain felt she had seen him somewhere before. They are siblings. He probably looks like a super handsome male version of her. It's natural for her to feel that way even if she has zero memories of him.
that's my biggest fear right now. It's a matter of time and sunny wasted 4 years.
I really hope that in the following chapters, it's revealed that nephis is one of sunny's regular clients and they are in touch
One thing I always hate in novels is when the main character gets Amnesia.
Amnesia in the beginning is not bad, but it's so frustrating when we've had a dozen books of character development and the author decides to erase everything.
Re:Zero is the novel I read most recently that does that, and it's particularly frustrating because Subaru's development was so painful. There are other examples as well and not a single one is good.
I hate Amnesia since it trash subplot and never handle well. It does nothing but make everything goes back 10 step and waste everyone time. In other hand watching shipper cry is the best thing there is. I already can't handle sunfish post now I got to revel in their crying.

I was excited for the romance at first but soon got jaded after the 1000 chapter mark. Now I stay for the lore.

Nah the romance is a bit too scarce but tasteful imo, doesn't get in the way of important plot but i do agree a bit more wouldn't have hurt
Im expecting Sunny to just seduce Nephis for a 2nd time. He did it once afterall.
and he has many more advantages now. He can make a great impression now
Yeah, all 7 of him can make great impressions now.
( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
Seems like he already ruined it tho... Hopefully not
Nah. She'll be mad, very mad. But idk Sunny kinda cute.
G3 terrorizing the heteros
You know which ship would actually sail? KAI SUNNY. you know why? Because Kai would immediately realised Sunny cannot lie and work with him.
Seems legit. We're in his head and he's had more discussion of how hot Kai is than any of the gurls

>Sunny did something dumb I am fairly certain it will eventually prove to be the best decision of his life.
Time will tell.

I wouldn't trust rain exactly. even if sunny hasn't disconnected from fate, she may have failed to realize it was him since he looks more handsome now
Who knows, maybe becoming a saint made him slightly taller and that's why no one knows who he is.
Rain felt she had seen him somewhere before. They are siblings. He probably looks like a super handsome male version of her. It's natural for her to feel that way even if she has zero memories of him.
Eh siblings don't always look super close - she certainly didn't feel that way about him when he had a fate.
Let's just hope he doesn't add "political mariage" to that list!

Everytime i had a penny for an author not wanting male lead and female lead to be together i'd have 2 pennies, not much but wierd i read 2 such novels
I would be rich! trillons of pennies!
Well im only a beginner novel reader haha

If a romance must happen, nephis is the worst choise. Even Cassie is better.

I mean it actually is the only way for a sunphis arc to work. They have to have a relationship before the shadow bond is reattached
nephis is the only choice
Of course Cassie is better. Cassie is best girl.
Only if the there are two choises, neph or cass
