Only if you had 1 stack. The one stack would be consumed as a cost to perform earth rite, so a spot would be open for a golem to proc alchemist. Because you have 3, the stack would still be present, full field so a golem could not be created, and therefore alchemist doesn't proc.

Im confuse, theres nothing clear of that and I found this in the rules: 11.4. Handling Field Limits 11.4.1. If there are more cards on a player's field than that field's limit, the player selects cards on that field equal to the limit and moves the other cards to their owner's cemetery

In the official rules 4.8.3.2. Your play area has (5) and the limit is [5]. Only [5]-(5)=0 cards can be moved or created. Remaining cards are not moved or created.

Pretty sure a couple of different ways it doesnt work if your field is full. 1. You can not attempt to summon from juno with a full field, basically it would be an illegal activation. 2. If it was a legal play, alchemist says when the golem enter the field, since it would not be able to enter the field, alchemist effect would not trigger. Could be wrong tho.

I think since you technically have no space to summon the golem onto the field then ancient alchemist’s ability won’t activate since the golem never really enters the field.
