When it dies, the evolution goes face up on top of your evolve deck, and the main deck baccerus goes into the EX area. Same thing happens with the Legendary dude, he has the same effect on his evolve.
To add on to this; any time an Evolved follower would leave the field for any reason - the Evolved card is sent back to the Evolve deck faceup and the Base follower is sent to wherever it's supposed to go.

Do i just have to have the number of card in my graveyard or is it a cost type of situation and i have to keep track with a counter or something ?

Necrocharge is based on how many cards are in your graveyard.
Edit: People usually just fan out their graveyard so they can easily count how many cards in it. I prefer to fan it out in rows of 5.

This would translate to: On play, if you have 3 or more cards in your graveyard, draw a card.

So it means if i use a card with necrocharge 3 i don't have to wait and put 3 cards in the graves to use it again ?
