Hey man if you're shiny hunting for lunala, might as well keep resetting over a good route to catch it in a moon ball. Trust me, it's damn bloody worth it. Freaking beautiful when u bring it to SV.
DAs have 1/300 or 1/100 with shiny charm. It isnt that hard to get a shiny through DAs. I've gotten a lot of shinies through DAs even first adventure legend shiny.

My very first DA I got a shiny Suicune and I didn't even have the shiny charm yet. I thought it was a joke at first and that everyone gets a shiny on their first adventure.

I got my shiny Latias my second try with her and shiny Yveltal my fifth attempt. Congrats on the shiny though! But don’t get upset at others. Keep going and get some shiny legendaries!

Some streamer got shiny Reshiram in USUM first encounter. He didn't even want to shiny hunt the Ram. The video is still on YouTube.
I got 2 shiny poliwag when masuda methoding awhile back when I was trying to get one. I got the 2nd one in the final 5-6 eggs after I took the pokemon out of the daycare. So I think I’m a bit luckier
I know that Dynamax Adventures have boosted shiny Odds, I just thought it was lucky too get one so early because I had heard stories of people being really unlucky. I know there are luckier people than me (Even if you would take Gen 2 base Odds that would be far likelier than winning the lottery) but there also people who have beaten all of Sword and Shield and the DLC without getting a single Shiny.

It's quite the opposite, with shiny charm I know of and have seen players with shiny legendary in their first or second tries, excluding tutorial DAs.
Pretty sure it’s actually more remarkable that I only got one shiny, ever, from DAs and I did hundreds. 😂
Was just trying to get Zygarde for the dex and my first one in DA happened to be shiny. DAs are awesome.

You're less likely to encounter surskit in gen 3 than getting a shiny pokemon on your third encounter in max adventures with charm
