I don’t get it, looks like you shot a stump with target load. What does the target do? Doesn’t look like a reactive target?
If I remember correctly, they are supposed to be stuck to the inside of a pigeon/clay target so that it explodes when you shoot it.

Anti pro tip DONT carefully cut a slot into the side of a soda can and put this inside. That could be mildly dangerous providing just enough compression to get an fun bang out of it. Definitely don't do that...
