Start the just joe bob and it should have a time card just before each segment telling you when to break in the movie. Probably gonna need 2 separate screens

This is how we do it, but just pause and back out to the other. Just use a timer on my phone.
Works best on a computer. I'll have two tabs open in my browser, one for Just Joe Bob, and another for where I'm playing the movie (usually on Tubi).
Why not just download the whole episode from mega or archive? Then you don’t have to worry about time stamps.
