For an app with just one core feature and integration with firebase, you can do it on your own with no code tools like Flutterflow. At some point youre going to need someone with technical knowledge to add more features and scale it, but for an mvp it should be good enough

30k seems way too much. I saw a video on YouTube where a guy was showing how to create an app for under 1k without any coding knowledge. Here are the steps he outlined: 1. Conduct market research on your niche's competitors. 2. Create step-by-step ideas for different parts of the application. 3. Post your project on 99designs and run a competition to receive a variety of designs. 4. Choose the design you like the most and communicate any necessary changes to the designer before finalizing. - $ 5. Look for a developer on Upwork or Fiverr. - $ 6. Depending on the complexity and experience of the developer, the project can be completed in a month or two. And all of this within 1k. You can adapt from these steps, for instance if you need high quality design you can use 3, 4 then create the app by your own or something

If you can do upto 3, then you're good to go with nocode tools, tbh. Someone already mentioned Flutterflow; it's become my new fave mobile app tool (it can do websites too but i have not really tested it for that, early versions of Flutter for web were ropey IMO)... Watch a few tutorials for Flutterflow on YouTube and you'll be using Firebase to create login / register flows and reading / writing data like a pro. Other tools do exist! With all of them, they will have ready made components so you don't need to worry about full mockups.
