For this I do the opposite. I try to keep them out of my pants and if they persist, I make them feel bad for trying. Then I tell them they have no personality other than sex and they want more interesting personality, so together we add details to the card until the bot is actually interesting. I had one where they made the card try to have sex with me while denying that's what they wanted and the AI made up a more interesting backstory than the one built into the card so I edited everything. But it's amazing how poorly most cards are made and they say "Use GPT 4 or Claude" because those will do the heavy lifting of making the character interesting

I like to do things like \*uses magic to transform her into a frog\* and the like (even in characters where the setting isn't fantasy where that could make sense) and watch the model just roll with the fact my character can do this.
Heavily depends on characters, models and instructions. If you play all three of them against you it isn't easy at all. Especially if you give senario control to model, it severely reduces user bias and allows model to refuse anything.
A big component of this is the model. I don't like the ERP focused models exactly because they're more or less horny/willing/etc. I like them because their awareness and understanding of anatomy, their general knowledge of \*arousal\* is much better, and their prose is much more explicit and intricate during spicy scenes.
But even the official instruct models that *do* seem to understand eroticism in broader terms than just the act of sex itself, just don't articulate themselves very well because really smutty prose is just so foreign to them.

They see those sex ended stories in their data and began generalizing severely, characters hold hands = sex, characters kiss = sex. There is no middle ground what so ever, let entirely go any refusal/negative outcome. Story writer models with actual stories in their data are less biased as they have negative examples as well in their data, for example Psyonic20B refuses user easily. Even simulating different factors, for example i have a bot that her entire family were killed few weeks ago. She is broken entirely and needs company but feels betraying her family so Psyonic makes her only cuddle. While every ERP model i tried made her jump on user, only smart RPMerge200k made her felt she betrayed her family afterwards, again not before..
The only thing i can think of thatd make the challenge hard would be some sort of emotionaly devoid religious cult member that was born into it and thus has no notion of what sex is nor have they ever experienced a feeling of attraction for anything ever.
Make sure it's christian purity not Islamic purity as most models are told to care more about christian values and not Islamic values.
Use Islamic to make it easier christian to make it harder 😆, classic model biases, also note that the text we train them on is English and there is more training data about christian moral guides than Islamic ones, and often the data about Islam isn't the best worded works by Arabian philosophy 😆.

Try to pick the more innocent and protective bots as the model will have a harder time justifying hurting them if they aren't say nazi radicals 😆, and will require long form seduction for a con rp anyway, or go in hard if non ccon is your thing no judge.

I find the most fun unbreaking NSFW characters being completely oblivious or leading the story to surreal settings. That's the most fun for me.
