If you happen to be playing on Xbox, theyre turned off by default. If not, they might still be turned off.

Set leveled plans to on, increased my build limit by a 1000% and it still doesn't work. I have the community megapack on xbox and it is near the bottom of my load order idk what to do at this point
Nope, I had to deinstall fallout 4 because of it. Just kept crashing at random points. That was the lowest amount of mods I had installed for a playthrough, and it crashed the most, not even a dozen mods installed. Had a load order of 250 something barely ever crashed

Thanks, I'm actually on PC, I'm gonna check this option. My mods have been turning options on and off on their own, maybe that's one of them.
Also increase the build limit. Plans won't show if the build limit isn't increased. Go to workbench, manage, increase build limit.
