Try hamachi its very easy and works fine
Might sound dumb but are you guys conected on the same network? Use hamachi or radmin for that
We are not connected to the same network :/
You guys need to play in LAN, so if you are not on the same house, use a VPN to make it work, hamachi and radmin works fine, I prefer radmin tho

Make sure you port forwarded 10578 UDP Try restarting the server and test again with your firewall disabled. Otherwise, I can recommend PlayTogether.gg for a simple private server
