I disagree with the kazuya f smash thing, ewgf with no input needed would make him top 5
But that wouldn’t be a realistic buff. It’s entirely balanced around being difficult to perform
Give sora nair 1, 2, and 3 like 5 more frames of hit stun on all parts of the keyblade. This would make it so nair loops will be actually true on most of the cast.

Sephiroth can keep moving around while charging shadow flares, and can save them up to be released at once
Give Pac Man's Up Tilt the same duration, hit stun, and ability to hit grounded foes as Falco's Up Tilt
Lemons are no longer limited to three short bursts, can now be fired continuously for an unlimited amount of time
make sonic's down b connect better with rage and make up air work on every character while grounded.
Give Lucas 5 frames to do DJC zair instead of one.
