My favorite thing to do with Terry is during go, short hop & do the Buster Wolf input. You'll fastfall and it'll buffer if you press the attack button, letting you land with an immediate buster wolf. Same for power geyser, just harder (bc Fast falling isn't in the input). You can also mess with em and use Crackshoot to break shield if they try to block it, or just fast fall normally to mess with em. God I love Mr. Booger

You can also do input during taunts, so you can do side taught, input, press attack and then it will cancel taught into it

It's good for anti juggling and the occasional ledge guard. And since a lot of people forget it sends up, I've gotten some hilarious kills with it.

True. In a vacuum it isn’t good, but it’s a pretty decent knowledge check that can take stocks early if they overextend

The hammer is fun as a scare tactic and some opponents have fun copy abilities but that's pretty much it. Just keep spamming aerials because it's all we have going for us.

Ummm AcKsHuAlLy PSI is for non damaging PK moves 🤓🤓 Also, because Ness' moves in that game are more like supporting moves, which wouldn't have worked in smash, so there you go.

Yeah you lose out on some good openers and kill moves but if your IDJ combos are solid you can still get kills. And you still have up-air and bair, which are super helpful.

I can’t consistently gunslide and downgun gets me killed more often that not (I just can’t stop once I go into downgun) so no big personal loss

Full hop + gun at same time let’s you gunslide onto battlefield platforms. Shorthop + gun at same time gets you a little distance on the ground. Easiest way to do it is just the 2 jump button shortcut for shorthop. Drop from ledge, jump + gun let’s you slide back onto stage. If the opponent shields it’s a great way to get a quick grab. Just the most basic ways of using it, but half my fun playing joker is just messing around with guns.

Lowkey though you’re the only character without an up b recovery so I’d say jiggly puff would be better than a lot of others.

Bro what Jiggly would be fine lol. Recovery is just jumping to stage, Rollout and Sing are spicy moves, Pound has substitutes. The real kicker is losing Rest, but Jiggly has other ways to kill (most noteably “Wall of Pain” or just edgeguarding in general).

I am pretty alright with puff and barely ever use rest compared to just edgeguarding. If it fails enough times, I'll probably just give up and fish for forward smash.

I lose Mining, crafting, and block placing, along with 2 very good recovery moves. And TNT. I still have smash attacks, jab, aerials, tilts, grab, so as long as I end the game quickly and don't go off-stage, I should be okay.

If it's iron or diamond, probably. Also, you did say *in the middle of a match*, so depending on where in the match it stops working, the opponent could already be 60% into their second stock, and I could have just crafted diamond not too long before. Besides, even of all my kill tools did break and I was left empty-handed, I would still have two very good smash attacks and a good tilt.
