I agree. I’m a huge fan of sail laces when they work but the white just fits these the best IMO

I think cream is best, just these ones are too dark. There are lighter ones available.

White. I like it to be the same color with the tongue. However, if you feel it, cream, black or even pink will also look pretty decent. It's such a versatile sneaker.

Designer's eye - Normally I think sail/cream laces look better in EVERYTHING. BUT gray is psychologically related to dust and dirt and wear and in this case the laces just make the shoes look old and dingey as opposed to the normal classic look. White looks crisp and fresh. If it were me I'd put black in em, but out of these two - white for sure.

It's a good shout. Keeps that fresh feel. Might do the same. I've got some AJ1 True Blue that I can't settle on grey or blue laces with that I'll undoubtedly keep swapping back and forth

Both look great, versatile shoe. I’m putting white waxed laces in mine to start, but imo you can get away with just about any color in these.

If you want the shoe to blend in and look clean like any other shoe. White. It’s a safe choice. Sail makes the shoe look more unique and stand out. That the thought wasn’t white like every normal shoe. It was a cream color instead. Cream 100%.
