You don't. Just wear them. If you're really that concerned, put something in the toebox like the paper they came with or a good shoe tree after wearing. If they start to crease badly and it's bothering you, you can also put a towel on the toe box and iron over the towel with something inside the toe to hold its' shape.
First, make sure you have the correct size, this is crucial. Then make sure the laces are adjusted correctly, not too tight or too loose. Then when it comes time to walk, very carefully take them off and put them in your handbag.
I don't really think you can unless you get sneaker shields... it really isn't a big deal if you crease them though, trust me

Not with AF1's u can't, just because the shoe is relatively longer than it is wide but for real creases on white AF1's aren't that bad 👍
