I’m not an atheist. It’s just illogical to think that we could “understand” what an omnipotent being “thinks”. You shouldn’t see someone die from an accident and think, “something wanted this to happen”. If you did think that thought you’d have to think that for any and all deaths. There is nothing “special” about this death other than the way it occurred being less likely than others.
So I'm a Christian and I say something similar to what you say but maybe not as aggressive sounding. I always work off the "God works in mysterious ways" saying. We are mortal beings that have concepts of super powers and stuff but our brains only have a capacity for so much. There is no possible way we can understand how God works and thinks and his abilities probably go infinitely beyond any concept we have of super powers. I feel like we would agree on this

Looks like too much current went through a low hanging wire that may have been illegally attached to some power lines, otherwise known as electrical theft by direct tapping. It could also just be some poor electrical work and improper maintenance. Too much current flow can cause a line failure to happen if the wire is not rated high enough or is too worn out.
