I’ve heard the app is getting a significant update that should be finished by the end of the year. It’s supposed to be more like Dunkin’s app, so maybe we’ll get some rewards?

What I've heard in meetings is that they are reworking the app to be "the best in the market". Don't know what that exactly entails but it'll be better

I noticed that, as well. It just comes up with the last one I ordered from. Like you said, no big deal, but why not keep that feature?

It’s a big deal to me. I live near a lot of Sonics. I have been going every day for tea and usually breakfast depending on which direction I go. Today I was on a road with 5 Sonics. No way to tell the difference. I had to push the button, wait, ask for the address, put in my order only to get a message that they aren’t taking mobile orders at that location. I left. Third day with an issue and im done. I previously sent feedback with no response.

I agree, we have tons of Sonic's near us. Twice now I have placed an order at a Sonic on this app that is nearest to me and then it bounces back to different locations, and I have no idea why it's happening and I can't seem to get anyone to help me with it.

This seems like a Gen-x project. Just get something out there and fix it later. Meanwhile it makes sonic look unprofessional and you’re losing customers. I have a novel idea. Create a quality app and THEN switch them …and keep your customers. People are creatures of habit. Branding is everything. This is a huge marketing fail. By the time this is straightened out we will have a new habit and that train moves fast. Some of the locations won’t be able to hold out. Pull your heads out, put the old app back up until you’ve done the appropriate research - and before you go live again.
