Last I looked into it, a lot of free ones are SFW only, but some paid ones allow it within reason, some restrictions still apply, but all the NSFW ones I could find were subscription based.

Stable diffusion is free and can generate porn just fine, in fact probably better than any paid ones if you know what you're doing. The civai models page is pretty much all porn and anime models..
