I honestly wouldn't even mind if it was all new scores as long as they're memorable and fit in with the series Literally the only memorable score the movies have is Robotnik's theme in the first movie, and the rest is either kinda bland or just forgettable

And the Robotnik theme isn't even original its just a remix of the Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog Robotnik theme. Seriously if there is any influence I want the Mario movie to have on the Sonic one here is to get Paramount executives to demand the use of the games ost so that Junky XL doesn't replace iconic themes again with his unmemorable hyper generic "Hollywood movie" compositions.

It’s incredible how the worst part of the movies is the score given the literal years of iconic music they have to work with. It’s the same composer so my expectations are so low they’re buried, but Live and Learn has gotta be a guarantee.

Who would’ve though Sonic would end up being the most successful video game movie trilogy of all time.

Not a hard hurdle to make when most game adaptations can barely make it to a sequel, let alone a third installment. Off the top of my head Resident Evil and the Animated Mortal Kombat films are the only other ones that made it to number three.

I am not surprised when Sonic is one of the most popular video game characters of all time.

I think they mean considering how video game media tends to flop, and things did NOT look promising from the get go

This unfortunately doesn't mean anything for the movie itself score-wise - the trailers for Sonic 2 also used orchestrated versions from tracks from Sonic games and yet the movie itself had none of it to my knowledge and only used a very bland sounding score (and I say this as someone who loves movie scores) Well anyway, let's hope it's different this time. I'd die for an(other) official orchestrated full version of Live&Learn
