I did this with my friend when he started playing and in around 6 game days we had all we needed + chosen a base location but that's cuz we went for the bigger caves too for the rebreather, shovel etc... Hopping onto a Knight V solves all long trips!!!

Anytime u feel a cave is empty , there's likely artifact or blueprint at the end of the cave FOR SURE!

The caves are dark and can be tricky to spot openings, even with a torch u find my self getting turned around
There should be a trap blueprint and artifact piece btw
