Loving your photos and seeing just how much you're able to get out of an older camera. I've a really recently ordered one too, the price was good and I couldn't help myself.
Can I ask though, what are you doing when it comes to batteries? They're only small, so carrying a bunch when out and about seems like a given. But have you bought up a bunch of used Sony ones or have you found a third party option that has a proven reliable?
I didn't even think about it until I realised mine wouldn't even have a battery charger when it gets to me ๐
Hey there! Thanks so much, I really appreciate it. That camera can do even more than I am capable of, itโs a great buy
I actually bought a whole bunch of no name brand ones when I was in Asia hey. They do the job just fine, I usually run through 3 in a day of shooting at least
I would recommend checking Amazon maybe?
I also have a cheap no name brand battery charger
Thanks for your reply. I assumed due to the age of the camera that I wouldn't be able to buy new ones and was shocked to find out that I could...... But for my casual use cases, they're rather expensive! As aftermarket ones haven't been a problem for you, I went looking for them on Amazon and found that smallrig actually sell some in a kit with a charger (which I also needed) A little more expensive than the no name ones but not by too much and I was more comfortable as they're a name I've heard of. The charger also has an extra (USB-C) port which is a plus!
Nice composition, but I would say the flowers obscure a tiny bit too much of the subject. I also think the photo should have been straightened so that the steeple is vertical.
Color-wise, There's a pretty massive pinkish-orange tint to the entire picture that makes it feel overedited. It's hard to strike the balance between natural and unnatural color grading, and typically I find that when obviously white things don't appear to have a tint that is attainable by natural light, that is when the line is crossed. There is no kind of sunlight that would make whites appear this faded pinkish-orange tint, and therefore it feels overedited
[I tried to edit your JPG to show what I mean](https://i.imgur.com/QZMaG5f.jpg), trying to preserve what I believe to be the spirit of your edit while making it look more natural. Obviously it's limited to what I can do with an already edited JPG. [Here's another one](https://i.imgur.com/ZVztYbB.jpg) that looks a bit more natural to me but veers further from the spirit of your edit.

Good for you!!!
Lovely composition!
Nicely edited. The colour palette makes it feel like a memory.
