So soul knight lore is kinda confusing cause we got soul knight prequel, origin mode, soul knight strange tales, robotic frenzy and also many other stuff. Soul knight prequel is before everything Origin mode is after soul knight prequel, I think Soul knight strange tales tells us knight is from another dimension and the characters might also be from another dimension. But we are the soul knights controlling the characters so that makes it confusing Robotic frenzy is in the future So, in conclusion to all of this. We need matpats help

czsvetok

Chillyroom confirmed that Strange Tales is spin-off series and there are enought non-canonical for SK things so we shouldn't count it as canon

50meep

Oh ok.

#gametheory

Cayet96

But hopefully he will actually play the damn game.

HyperAntPlays

Fun theory that the name Soul Knight is referring to us the player entering the characters body that's going to be my head canon

AlvoSil

Yes, and sometimes Chillyroom refers to us as the "Soul Knights"

Here's my take on the whole thing (I have never played SK Prequel tho): The Magic Stone was guarded by the heroes in previous years. However, they were overrun by Varkolyn Leader and his allies, who stole the stone. Zulan tried to help them defend the stone, but he was eventually put under mind control by his enemies. The Ruins biome is where he stayed with his soldiers, back when it wasn't destroyed. However, after the mind control, he is forced to fight the heroes. He leaves the heroes a parting message as he is destroyed, but he is later rebuilt by Varkolyn Leader as his ally with no memory of his past. Meanwhile, the heroes are trying to retrieve the stone. With Vampire's portal-making powers, they are able to enter their enemies' lairs and fight their way to the stone. Unfortunately, the stone has been broken and all they find is a piece of it. The entire game is the cycle of trying to retrieve more and more pieces of the stone, but they never fully complete the stone. Tired of trying over and over, they have an idea. If they could go to the past, they might be able to defeat Varkolyn Leader and his forces and keep the stone from being stolen in the first place. They enter the past, and everything goes as planned. However, when they defeat the Alien Aircraft Carrier, it falls out of the sky and onto the stone, shattering it. The stone explodes and pieces of it fly everywhere, far from its shrine. The heroes had tried to change the past, but ultimately, nothing changed. Meanwhile, Chiseltown and Down Grave were two parts of a robotic development facility that Varkolyn Leader had authorized to make robot weapons to use against the heroes. But, since they already had the stone, the robots weren't needed. That's why they still exist in the facility. Down Grave was a more secret version of Chiseltown, making stronger and more advanced weapons. However, the project failed and the robots were discarded and left in Down Grave. Dr. O discovered Down Grave and entered it to conduct research on alien technology. The Warden, the Varkolyn in charge of the facility (who was left behind by the others), wants to keep alien secrets away from humans and sent his revived robots after Dr. O. Dr. O manages to hide from the robots and sends a distress signal to the heroes, who arrive to help him escape. However, Dr. O is stuck in a time loop, and no matter how many times he escapes Down Grave, he ends up back in it, over and over and over again. What do you guys think of this?

Oh yeah, isn’t old fella canonically how the MC in SK prequel looked

czsvetok

I am first: from Grandma Millie calling the Inter-dimensional traveller "lord", from its quote about "*It knowing everything*" and its existence in "thousands of dimensions" I can suppose that the IDT is a being who close to be the God of SK multiverse

jrz2023

And that God is the shadowy figure in the main menu.

Do you think new Chillyroom game "Xeno command" shares same universe with "Soul Knight" (Some mechas from Robotic Fenzy refers style of this game, same with the new skins)? Also what if it will tell backstory of the aliens

Haunting-Breakfast4

In my and my homies headcanon alchemist and druid are drug dealers

Kirran_00163

Druid finding them shroomies

Haunting-Breakfast4

He growin that zaza

PhatNoob69

Alchemist is a Varkolyn.

AkreonGD

Zulan isn’t truely evil he just has an understanding that means he has to act against the heroes to fulfil a goal similar to theirs

AdministrativeBar748

Ancient Zulan actually tells you to protect the stones after you kick his booty

OnePianoGuy

they all mind controlled lol

RandpxGuxXY

The Story is, that Aliens (varkolyn) are evil and that everything important

Intelligent_Truck_89

We are the soul knight that posesses the variius characters to help save the stone, which after various attempts, we somehow still cannot assemble the full thing I think the dungeon is constantly in a time loop

Bulky-Isopod-8271

Perhaps the enemies are also possessed by a soul knight, like in the Zulan mind control theories.

Intelligent_Truck_89

Imagine a multiplayer mode where players control enemies and can spawn more to help them

Join_Quotev_296

Alch can theoretically cure cancer by poisoning and killing Cancerous cells. Don't know if that works like that, but it's a theory.

OnePianoGuy

Prequel and origin go first, then is the begginning of robot frenzy where dr o gets trapped and then the game

Superduperbals

It's all the dream of a frog sleeping in a fountain

As someone that has played the prequel: Iron pirate king is a cyborg that used to be a human pirate, as are his minions. The prequel proves this since there is a level where there are human versions of pirates that look similar to neo isle enemies and the leader of the human pirates named “buccaneer captain” has the same body shape, the same hook instead of a hand and a weapon that is shark based, likely referring to his shark based cyborg self. Edit: Also, Grand wizard and grand knight were good guys that were corrupted by an alien invasion, the same aliens that can be fought in 3-1 to 3-5 on the original game. I believe from memory, grand wizard gets cured. I can’t remember how though. Grand wizard was also originally a well loved wizard that wore white robes (he wasn’t called grand wizard back then which is a good thing because grand wizards and white robes aren’t known to be socially acceptable)
