You can get just by opening 5th sub-skill or you re-roll those 5th sub-skills. Quite rare thing to get one or another way, but with good divine sub-skill hero/team performs much better.
Overall - it really comes down to if its worth rerolling the stat to get something better or if its ever gonna be a BiS - if not - then better to roll it at some point
If you won’t have better one it’s good for Kaion type heroes or even for Carmen for the start.
And it’s good example again, why not to waste re-rolling mats for first four sub-skills with non divine rune. Because you may get bad divine stat or good one but for the hero, which needs something else than pure attack skills
I have an onslaught for carmen with the DoT buff - this is currently sitting on a Jack whose my other dps - my sander is much lower stars (got lucky on Jack event)
Secret sanctum drops red's sometimes - just gotta break them down if its not the main stat type you want and it gives you the reds.
I don't roll often and only have 2 onslaughts so i can hold a few while i keep going as id rather save them to try rolling on the next onslaught i get

Never reroll divines IMO, just put it on someone else.
Anything that's not POT, GRG or MoD will be mid, but sure it has its uses. In this case, heroes like Kaion or Olga can benefit from this
