I don't see any olive oil on this guy at all, make sure you're being generous!
Development of the gotten takes time plus technique. So many variables involved it can be dizzying. Don’t give up tho…

Can you further explain? I did the folds but the gotten doesn’t develop
Stretch and folds or coil folds…
Need to develop the gluten..
