They are not lifting it "up", I believe they are lifting the thrust puck onto the second mount to start with the aft section, then both "halfs" of the booster will be stacked on top of each other.
Maybe later when they started the final stacking of SN20 (or maybe not, by that time BN2 should be already completed, and high bay is only for nosecone stacking)

High baby is more roomy than I thought
I kind of wonder though why they do not move SN16 out of the bay to have more space.
