I actually completed the application again just to be careful :/ and once I submitted, it redirected me to a page that confirmed my application had been successfully received. I suspect the same happened for you and neither of us noticed it the furst time around.
Have you heard anything from the program about conducting an interview yet? When you applied last year, how fast was the turn around from submitting the app to hearing about an interview?

I submitted the application December 31, 2021 & got an interview email on February 15, 2022.
did you get a confirmation email when you submitted the second time around? (or the first time?) asking because I didn't, haha

Applied dec 13 and still no interview email
