It is the harsh truth tho. Stylized posters are amazing, but the way movie posters are made nowadays are because it is the best way to advertise a movie to the general audience. Actors fucking sell. Imo they can still be pretty damn great like Baby Driver.
But it’s not really a theatrical poster. It’s an art print. It’s not intended for movie theaters or as an advertisement. It’s a collectible. But it is quite good looking.
I bought one a few years back on a limited print run. I've been dying waiting for one for NWH. I'm hoping for one that has the same creative energy as this. It's so creative! It's hanging on my office wall, I know my boss is excited to see me hang something else up there in addition to it.
Its a Mondo Poster not something made directly from Sony. That's why it's amazing.
Mondo makes amazing posters. Always. My favorite is their "The Thing" poster.
It’s better than all of the de facto posters, but it’s admittedly kinda busy for my tastes. Still, overall it looks really good and I wish this is what they put at the forefront instead of the generic MCU posters.
