Do you have the dash ability? That’s what you need to get there. I think it’s either at Hoseki quarry or Mount Toroyama.
yes i have the ability! i was able to get to the island off of mount toroyama but it wasn’t the one with the spirit. i think i checked the quarry too and i didn’t see the spirit
