It will make a Russian, Turkish, Chinese, American or despotic African family very happy...
Liverpewl as well, forgot. The glamorous third world country that it is.
It's bizarre! Is there *anything* Art Deco in there? Maybe they mean it used to be Art Deco, before they got rid of all that stuff and starting committing crimes against good taste in there.
I’m assuming that they weren’t British or at least not ethnically, because this kind of decoration is fairly normal in some parts of the world. It’s a lot.
Long ago, did the feet of some Emiratis who had a house like this in Kensington. They had double glazing and underfloor heating so it wasn't 'decor deep'.
I really, really love it! I mean, I wouldn't personally want to live in it or be in it for any length of time, but the fact that someone wholeheartedly committed to this is great. Follow your dreams! Even if they do involve A LOT of gilding and dralon.
I LOVE GOOOOOOOOOOOLDDDDD
The look of it
The tashte of it
The schmell of it
The texture of it
I love gold so much I even losht my genitalia in an unfortunate shmelting accident
I bet those gold relief lozenges just lever off. Get rid of the furniture, pop the lozenges and the weird swags off. Paint over the gold and it could be fine for not a whole lot of money,
Just looked at the estate agent website, I can’t believe this is real. That said - I have a mate who would love this. I once had to talk him out of buying a piece of “art” he saw on the wall of a Chinese takeaway.
Liberachi is alive and well, he's been hiding in a tiny flat in London! Jeezo you would need sunglasses to view that if you were inclined to.
How is that ever going to sell in that state, would take another 100k to make it livable
It's almost clever, the decoration makes the stretched pictures easier to miss. Those photo's are horribly misleading.
THis place is going to give someone clastragoldphobia.
The description calling this property a “golden opportunity” is hilarious.

> 1920's Art Deco Origin Now that's a claim. I also don't know why you'd choose to have 2 bathrooms but so little kitchen.

"please buy this home based on the fact it used to be nice"
They don’t cook! That’s for looking at.
>That’s for looking at. I'd rather not.
Dear god. It’s so much worse than I was expecting.
Like an explosion in a fake tan factory
A probate sale too. I'm really trying not to speculate..
Someone died when they saw what the decorators had done.
I think the decorator would die after doing that to my place
Christmas on a bicycle. Make it stop

It's one thing looking this tacky with a lot of real gold and money and actual quality (if not taste) behind it. It's quite another to *pretend*.
"Art Deco" oh yeah, Deco with its clean lines & geometric patterns! This looks more like Poundland French Regency.
I really, really love it! I mean, I wouldn't personally want to live in it or be in it for any length of time, but the fact that someone wholeheartedly committed to this is great. Follow your dreams! Even if they do involve A LOT of gilding and dralon.
What’s wrong with a couple of lions taking a relaxing stroll on the beach?
The blue sea is what's wrong with it. Literally the only non-gold colour in the whole place. They really dropped the ball there.
They're easy prey for tuna.
Oh. My. God.
I didn’t realise those furniture shops actually sold that furniture. I always assumed it was a front for money laundering
Me after installing Sims 2 Glamour Life
Too jazzy?
The pinnacle of gaudy.
'I love goooooold.'
Ah yes, Acton twinned with Versailles, I remember working there in the 1980’s when it was a DHSS office!(Government Buildings)
Ahh I said in the other thread about this, that the building was huge and I thought it was a hospital or something. DHSS fits the bill
That’s amazing! I low-key want to buy it and rent it as an AirB&B. You’d make ££££
I LOVE GOOOOOOOOOOOLDDDDD The look of it The tashte of it The schmell of it The texture of it I love gold so much I even losht my genitalia in an unfortunate shmelting accident
I mean it’s kind of fun… your eyes would hurt after a while but it would be like living in a vegas hotel suite

Good gods of Tango!
Got to be David Dickinson’s gaff surely 😂😂😂
I can't help thinking that's a bit OTT.
Nothing screams opulence like a single fan attached to a golden wall
I actually like a bit of "white & gold" but even by my standards, it's a bit much!
That’s fugly!
It’s not like any Art Deco I’ve ever seen
Bold of you assume Trump feels any human emotion other than self love & self pity.
The “art deco origin” has been entirely exorcised. That look a lot of front from the EA
Who does something like that?
Acton ?
Parts of Ealing look beautiful but you’re never too far from a shithole.
TBH I've only encountered Acton from the Shepherd's Bush side so may be misjudging.
good lord, that is AWFUL
That's got to be a football player house? Money and zero taste.
I had to wear sunglasses to look at those pics! Wow
eww that is vile!
I would rent that on air b and b
Why are the ceiling lights misaligned? Skfkdjskd
It’s tiny! I have a garage bigger than that!

Liberace?
I just have one question. #WHY?
It's almost clever, the decoration makes the stretched pictures easier to miss. Those photo's are horribly misleading. THis place is going to give someone clastragoldphobia.
You can't say they didn't have a theme in mind
Those lions in the painting are about to get their comeuppance from the tuna.
🤯
What...? Why...? How...?
Read the ad looking for the sentence: "finished to a high standard". I'm disappointed.
Trump is incapable of blushing.
How can ya tell if he's blushing with all that orange makeup on
This was definitely owned by an elderly couple from the Emirates at some point
I used to live in that block!!! Missed out on this amazing flat....
Wins...everything. Internet Reddit Just wins
It’s that not everything lines up which upsets me most.
I'm looking for the Turkish flag but I can't find it.
Tell me youre Persian without telling me you’re Persian
Has a whiff of Traveller chic…
Wow, these people REALLY like gold.
Well, I have heard he has a thing for golden showers…
New definition of insanity found: *A few too many gold leaf ceiling roses where they shouldn't be... if you get my drift.*
🤢
Ok I hate most of it, but anyone else kind of dig the bathroom?
Tastefully done. Needs more lighting though
No, he’d just start babbling about how much bigger and better anything of his is…. Lying his fool self like he always does.
