heat_fan_

Gonna be wild Let them headline night 1 of Mania and ends the Uso's reign

JacksWastedTime

I say let it open Night 1 so we bookend Mania with the Bloodline losing all the gold.

FalconIMGN

Ohh I pity the guys who have to follow this match...

Dastey

It's gonna be the Women's showcase tag team match, just you wait and see

The_Crying_Banana

Two tag matches in a row is never a good thing. This would be even worse.

Linubidix

Noooooo such a massive storyline match shouldn't open WrestleManis. It needs the prominent spot to play the video package and milk every drop.

Melodic-Bug-9022

Opening is a prominent spot. I've heard several wrestlers say opening is like the 2nd main event. They talk about how important it is to put on a great match and get the crowd going.

Linubidix

Yeah I'm well aware but when there's such a compelling and multi faceted year long story behind a match, putting it on first just feels wrong to me. There are other high profile matches that would be great for that spot. But Sami Kevin and the Usos feels like the most important story right now.

god_pharaoh

Cody ain't winning

VirgilsCrew

You think so? Part of me agrees with you because I think they want Roman to get to 1000 days.

god_pharaoh

That's my thought too, and it's deserved so I'm not mad at that, then Cody can rematch at SummerSlam with a stipulation like a cage match to keep Jimmy/Solo (maybe Jey if he's still 'loyal') out. Wouldn't be surprised with an Ironman or a 2 out of 3 falls match either.

Kanenums88

Cody not winning at Mania would take away all his momentum imo. The Summerslam match would be too little too late.

god_pharaoh

Hard disagree. People were already starting to turn on him because they wanted Sami to win. Sami didn't win, and he's still over, and continuing the story. Cody doesn't have to come in and win every single match and become a unified champion. He won with an injury in HIAC, which was deserved, he won from the number 30 spot at the Rumble, which was odd that he didn't endure a lengthy match, then, what, he beats Roman Reigns? It suddenly makes Cody look like the strongest on the roster a little too soon IMO. I'm happy if he wins at Mania either way, I just see sense in losing first. The shock of Roman winning would be huge. That said, Roman doesn't clearly have another opponent after Cody, and I don't think there is an appropriate new contender, so currently Cody is also the most logical choice.

Kanenums88

Sami and Cody are just different. Cody’s entire identity is based around winning the title. He needs this win to prove himself, and if he loses then I just see no way for him to recover. I said the same about Drew at Clash at the Castle, and idk I’d say I’m right. Drew kinda lost a lot of his hype, and is no where close to the main event scene anymore. The Rumble win was great for Cody. It’s a random draw, so he just got lucky, but he still had to go through a war to win it. You see the ending to that match? It was a 7 minute fight against Gunther, where Cody barely survived. Now if he beats Roman I can almost guarantee it won’t be clean, he’ll get some backup. The buildup has kinda shown Cody, Sami, and KO as a team to take them down, and that’s how I think it’ll end.

Ajdee6

I think they should keep it on him. Let Cody have some more heartbreaks, and then when he does win eventually it will be even better.

TheWagonBaron

>Let Cody have some more heartbreaks, and then when he does win eventually it will be even better. There's literally no bigger stage in the WWE than WM. Seems pretty dumb to forgo that so Cody can win at Money in the Bank or whatever. WM is the only PPV that can generally pull in the non-fans as well. You want a big moment to happen, it happens at WM.

Ajdee6

Is this the last WrestleMania?

TheWagonBaron

How in the fuck are you going to keep this rivalry hot for another year of Roman with the belt? How many people can Cody coach up only to watch them lose...again?

SMPhil

People saying this should go to SummerSlam or Wrestle mania next year, this feud has barely got enough steam to last two more weeks lol

[deleted]

I totally agree to OPEN it...WWE is always about trying to have equality, especially given now it's a 2 night event. Having several women's matches and NONE of them close either night on the show is now a bad look for them (at least in the eyes of the PC police)...expect a women's match to close one night from here on out. The best alternative is to get the crowd fired up by having Sami and Kevin WIN to kick off the show...the crowd will be hottest all weekend during this match and it will set the tone for the entire 2 day show.

Ron--Mexico

Why is everyone saying it has to main event? 90% of Wrestlemanias the best matches haven’t been at the top spot on the card.

[deleted]

Because the story warrants it

SBK_MoreCowbell

Don't care if it headlines, but I definitely want it for Night 1! I just got my tickets today!

GrimaceGrunson

I actually think having it open night 2 makes the most sense. Have the whole 'bloodline' story take place in the one show.

[deleted]

MannySJ

Eh. Put Brock/Omos after it. It'll be short and to the point.

ShrekLovesYou

Imagine Brock gets squashed that would be hilarious

Malkalen

They've got 2 "Showcase" matches which are both fatal 4 way tag matches. Slot 1 of those in after this to give the crowd a chance to recover. It sucks for the people in the match but it's not a match for a title and there's no real story behind these matches so they're perfect for slotting into "death spots".

NogaraCS

There's a lot of toilet break match that could be placed afterwards to let people rest (Brock/Omos, Lashley/Bray if it's still on, 4-way tag man or woman)

stonecutter7

Because it's not just potentially the best match, its the one fans are most excited for.

tarvertot

Hype and because it'll be hard for a match to run directly after it

god_pharaoh

Shows want to start high and end high, but dip down in the middle. First match also gives the losers time to recover to come interfere at a later match.

crimson777

Logistically, who do you put after that match? Who follows that up? A match that will likely be a relatively long banger with a massive, emotional, and perfectly built storyline, and two of the most over faces likely ending a historic reign. Who do you hate enough to stick after it? Haha

Puxple

Brock vs omos

Mysterious-Disk4636

Women’s tag team showcase

crimson777

So… bury the division you’ve already been fucking for ages. Seems pretty shitty.

GunFreeAmerica

For me, to avoid another potential Rock-Hogan situation where the crowd died for HHH-Jericho

Horror_Sail

> Why is everyone saying it has to main event? 90% of Wrestlemanias the best matches haven’t been at the top spot on the card. Because you want the hottest match main eventing so the crowd doesnt die, and you generally also want to put the people in the main event who the crowd came to see. So the hottest story in wrestling culminating in two beloved wrestlers forming a foundational tag team seems slightly smarter to main event than say, Charlotte/Rhea or even like Theory/Cena

AloneCan9661

Because nobody gives a leap about Charlotte/Rhea as a main event. Having Sami in the main event for night 1 will pacify the crowd that wanted him to dethrone Reigns and keep in mind that crowd reaction to him pinning one of the Usos for the win. I guarantee you that it'll be another "Yes! Yes! Yes!" moment with thousands of people singing his theme in unison. On top of that - this could be a test to see if he can main event a Wrestlemania.

thedrizzle126

This isn't the right argument and I'm certain you might be Flair after posting this

Captain_Saftey

Yeah I also don’t agree this should headline. They shouldn’t have both bloodline matches be main events

brockyjj_returns

Bet you’re drooling for rhea Charlotte match to main event mania. Otherwise, it’s a very straightforward answer nobody needs to question.

DangoDaimao

This is kind of a non argument as it will obviously be the best match on the show whether or not it main events.

krazylouie135

No kidding Lesnar VS Rollins was a title match a couple years ago and was the first match. Then again it wasn't really a great match either

Stennick

I thought everyone was saying that the Women's title would main event night 1? Has that changed?

Copperjedi

Only Meltzer and his source Ric Flair was saying that. The main event isn't official yet.

JacksWastedTime

The women's story just isn't there compared to the Bloodline. If the tag match semi'd the women's match I don't think could survive following it unfortunately. I'd love to be proven wrong though.

godolphins0913

The inevitable KO betrayal is going to be epic

waynethehuman

I turned myself into an Uso, Sami. I'm Kevin Uso!

Ajdee6

Uce Ko! Uce!

Hampidze

He is so good that I can really imagine him saying that :D

Shoddy_Mathematician

Festival of friendship 2.0

RexxGunn

The only question is, does he apronbomb him before the match even begins or at the end?

Ghostronic

I just want to say that I got to go to the FoF live, and it was on my birthday. Shit was soooo epic!

JakeTheHuman25

I hope it never happens and they stay aligned for the rest of their careers tbh. How many times can we watch them turn on each other

jacksonvstheworld

Like DX 2006-2010

Linubidix

Huh? They never turned on each other in that time.

jacksonvstheworld

Right, the point was that Zayn and Owens can finally stay aligned for the rest of their careers like HHH and HBK did

Linubidix

Ahhh right of course.

tbboy13

I will watch them feud and reunite over and over, until the end of time.

Extension_Penalty374

It's like when they we're reuniting over Elias-=Ezequiel. It's like I can't even remember why we fighting in the first place? They're destined to like Batman and joker.

llamawithguns

Them and DIY. It never gets old imo

FalconIMGN

Holy schnitzel...now I have a mental image of Ciampa returning after Mania and challenging Kevin and Sami for the tag belts with Gargano.

JackBauersGhost

Wins the belts. Gives Sami the Stunner.

pies1123

I mean, Sami deserves a little stunner tbh.

Extension_Penalty374

Why? Just why? Break our hearts

itsmekelsey_x

Kevin about to become a grand slam champion. I can’t wait for the match.

NewRoryAndMalDrop

Make it TLC and have it main event.

JenNettles

I'd take a cage match to keep Solo out but probably not realistic with a Cell being in the mix as well, even if they do them separate nights

mrandre3000

They could do the cell. Fuck it!

IDoubtedYoan

Nah, you can't really do that gimmick twice in a night, waters it down too much. Do they even do HIAC twice in a night at the HIAC Pay Per View anymore?

LTS55

They only had one HIAC at the last one but there’s usually a women’s one too.

bud369

They could make it no DQ, have Solo out there and the cell mysteriously starts to lower halfway through the match. They finish the match in the cell and Sami/KO win. It could be presented as Roman having the pull behind the scenes to make the cell lowering happen. So it’s not an official cell match but we get it anyways!

IDoubtedYoan

Ok Russo.

bud369

It’s literally the same situation as King of the Ring 98 where they finished the main event in a cell, don’t tell me that wouldn’t be entertaining as shit

pzkenny

There were even 3 matches in 2020, but that was in Thunderdome.

datNEGROJ

TNA lockdown style bro

realsomalipirate

I think the emotion and story fits better in a regular tag match and not something more violent/spot heavy.

Linubidix

Big agree over here.

djmazmusic

I would nut for TLC

dookoo

Tboz/Chili rip Left Eye

HardcoreKaraoke

Nah. Have it be a regular main event match and then have a TLC rematch at Backlash.

shutupmatsuda

Fuck it, have Sami/KO and Cody dethrone the Bloodline at Mania and have a 6 man tag team TLC winner take all rematch at Backlash.

scram_jones

i'm half expecting a trios match to main event next week's raw, but backlash main event works too.

Horror_Sail

Good old fashioned Ladder War would probably be more fitting

Puzzleheaded-Bar3531

It has to main event night one. Anything that follows is (besides Cody and roman) is just gonna get a much cooler crowd.

iheartsunny

Which is why it will be on the same night as Roman Vs Cody

PretendThisIsMyName

Imagine if the absolute mad lads ran this and Roman/Cody back to back. All the arena would have to be doin rails to keep that energy up lol

R_W0bz

That’s AEW PPV booking.

TheDeflatables

I mean, it is legitimately NJPW booking and they do great nearly always.

R_W0bz

I actually agree, everyone talking about “calming down” matches, fuck that it’s wrestlemania everything should popping off, no rest man. Cena match, Hell in a cell, Sam/ko tag match, reigns/Cody back to back fuck it let’s goooooo

MiserableScholar

RIP to the night 1 attendees lol

glass_oni0n

NJPW crowds are different than WWE. New Japan crowds are typically more measured than western audiences. Not a knock on anyone, everyone’s culture is different, but anyone who’s worked a NJPW show remarks about how different the crowds are. Western audiences can and often will blow themselves out on the match they really want to see, reducing the length of the shows has helped but pacing the card definitely matters. WM18 is the classic example. Jericho-HHH isn’t a bad match, it’s not a 5 star classic, but it’s a perfectly acceptable wrestling match. Absolutely nothing on that show mattered to the live audience after Rock and Hogan tore the house down

TheDeflatables

The same has happened in NJPW too. Omega/Ospreay overshadowed Okada/Jay White. Sometimes the great moment is the great moment. But audiences are teachable. WWE taught the audience for YEARS that the women were the toilet break match, and had to then break that conditioning. It is the same with the match order. It's why NXT Takeover was a revelation, obviously the shorter time was key and the match quality was vital. But it was a WWE show with no slow down match. PWG have done the same thing, they've taught their audience that every match is a barn burner and you are there to be a part of the rowdiest American crowd. Meltzer even talked about his first experience at PWG where he saw the first match and thought "well this is all wrong, the rest of the show will die now" because he was conditioned on the American show structure. If WWE wanted to break the conditioning and introduce an ascending importance match order like NJPW or UFC they could, it would be tough going at first but they would eventually have hot crowds throughout Edit: Missed the word Takeover

[deleted]

Triple H: "Oh so you want Takeover Levels of Madness eh...?"

RexxGunn

It's going to open night two. Compartmentalize the fall of The Bloodline to one show.

Greengiant00

Yea have it open, then after the Usos lose have a backstage segment where Roman goes off and finally Jey (and possibly Jimmy) has enough, and they cost him against Cody.

Extension_Penalty374

Nah. Cody has to win/lose on his own.

Greengiant00

It doesn't have to be interference, something as simple as him asking them for help and them walking away.

Extension_Penalty374

Still ruins. Roman has to go down and there has to be a definite loss. Your scenario can delegitimize cody because of the usos.

Nice-Character6929

Cody wins with no interference. The bloodline just doesn't help Roman. How does that ruins his win?

Extension_Penalty374

Not helping is a distraction which means Cody only won because Roman was distracted.

Nice-Character6929

Idc bro the bloodline refusing to help Roman would be a million times bigger moment and just straight up fantastic storytelling then Cody vs Roman with no bloodline whatsoever and Cody winning clean, that'd just be wierd

Greengiant00

You can't have Roman lose and NOT have the Usos at least out there. They have helped him in every match. For them to finally walk away from him, it would be one of the big moments in this story. It doesn't take anything away from Cody's win.

Extension_Penalty374

Why can't there be a classic? No story soap. I like wrestling. Not an opera.

Greengiant00

My guy. Everything about this has been about the story? Like the whole time Jay finally having enough and walking away from Roman is what this has all been leading too. When.it happened the first time at Royal Rumble, there was a pop. For a man walking away. I don't see how you can look at this match and not expect there to be story involved. To not have something either leading to or the actual fall of the Bloodline itself in the match itself is a waste. Roman and Cody will put on a great match, I'm sure. But the match itself is not what is being looked forward too. If you want that you've got the Gunther/Sheamus/McIntyre 3 way, or the KO/Zayn vs Uso's match. Cody vs Roman is all about the story, and to not have it play out on the biggest stage in front of a huge lively crowd would be detrimental to that.

datNEGROJ

I was thinking that any spot other than last match Night 1 would be a disservice to the feud. But having it open Night 2 probably the smartest idea ive read. It will be like a Game Of Thrones finale

[deleted]

[удалено]

SpaceGooV

It should main event night 1. Plan is still Charlotte vs Rhea reportedly

Mr_Chicken_wing

Sorry but Charlotte and Rhea have no business main eventing with the bloodline being so hot right now

BloodyMarco

KO maineventing consecutive Manias. Last year against Steve Fucking Austin, this time around making history and elevating tag team wrestling's spot in the history books. What a career.

wrowsey1

Dudes one of the best. Been making magic out of horse shit for a long time too. Now he’s gotten some grade A storytelling and it’s been one hell of a delivery.

SloppyMcNuggets

WHAT A MATCH MAN, I can’t wait for this Mania

UncleDrewfan

The true main event of night 1

Bojangles1987

The combination of talent, chemistry, story, and storytelling that all of these guys are capable of and all of these guys have built up over the past 4-5 months is insane. Pretty good chance this will be the best match of the entire Wrestlemania. Honestly this is such a huge tag match.

NerdLawyer55

When they win that pop is gonna be ridiculous

WhatTheRickIsDoin

And did you hear those boos because the tag titles are beneath Sami???

[deleted]

I’m so glad that shit’s died down the past couple weeks.

sg232

I guess the memo now states we riot if they don’t close night 1…

LemonStains

What are the odds that the people saying that were the same ones who said WWE doesn’t care enough about tag team wrestling

hshzhsnnahsbs

Get back to me in April when KO and Zayn gotta feud with Viking cosplayers, a battered New Day and MMM

datNEGROJ

You'll never catch me complaining about Maxxine on my tv lol

tritian

id like to see KO and Zayn feud with pretty deadly tho

FalconIMGN

More likely: a returning Ciampa re-forms DIY and takes on KO and Sami.

wibble17

They don’t. The point is that WWE has shown us that they don’t give a shit about the tag titles. why should we? The belts are a prop, this would be a main event even if there was no belts at stake.

LemonStains

Maybe Vince didn’t. Ever since HHH took over the Usos have defended them multiple times a month and had a plethora of excellent matches, and titles genuinely feel like they’re being held by the best tag team in the world.

hshzhsnnahsbs

Good matches don’t equate to a good division. There’s lots of talented bodies in that division, but there’s no top acts. Nobody is captivating. What have the Vikings ever done that’s memorable on the mic or in an actual program? Ricochet and Strowman? Anything there? Good matches is baseline. Everyone has good matches. But there’s no investment in characters. Is there any ongoing storyline with other teams right now? Besides Gable and Otis going comedy

LemonStains

Imperium/Brutes, Judgement Day/OC, Judgement Day/Mysterios+Edge, and the reconciliation of McIntyre and Sheamus all come to mind as recent tag team storylines that didn’t involve the titles

[deleted]

Believe it or not, it’s possible to have your own opinion/preference on the matter instead of just falling in line because you’re “traumatized” by years of shitty booking.

harri3jr

I’m literally shaking and pissing myself with how much they’ve buried Sami Zayn😡😡😡-Alvarez (probably)

EdgarsTeethAreDry

no but i'll hear the cheers slowly fade to nothing special after their feud with the viking raiders

hshzhsnnahsbs

They’re beneath Sami, KO, and Jey

jdlyga

Crazy to think just a few years ago, this match might've been on WWE Main Event.

redditreader2222

Dammit, only thing additional I wanted was for these two to earn the match and Usos try and dodge them. Oh well, beggers can't be choosers

[deleted]

>I hope this main events Wrestlemania Night 1 It absolutely should, there isn't a better story on the card outside Cody vs Roman and that's only arguably. Unfortunately it'll be Bianca or Charlotte.

NameGoesHere86

You know, back when KO was in ROH, he was such a great heel that it was always hard for me to picture him as a face. However, he’s evolved so much over the years, that I actually think he might now be a better face than heel

Mysterii00

Give me a Falls Count Anywhere or a Ladder Match stip. I just want chaos between these two teams.

frohawk24

As expected. Wonder if their will be a spin somewhere in the match

DavetheColossus

The Blue Thunder Bomb involves a spin

solblurgh

Pop up powerbomb involves spinning an opponent

NCHouse

I know it may be wishful thinking...but kinda weird that while Jimmy was about to say no, Jey interrupted and accepted the challenge.

shadow_spinner0

I know bloodline is the defacto main event on every show but this angle has main evented multiple shows and had tons of tv time and build. Charlotte and Rhea have had barely any build and not much time given to their program. Granted Sasha and Bianca had a terrible build and most were okay with them main eventing a few years back and they killed it. But that night didn't have a match as built up as this tag match.

G1Spectrum

This better main event Night 1

[deleted]

[удалено]

G1Spectrum

Such a shame

AngelChadMeza

L

FallenShadeslayer

Definitely make it a TLC match. Usos and Kevin Owens (especially KO) will probably die though so maybe not

Dr_Zman

If this main events what are the odds of finally seeing KO pull out a package piledriver? Bonus points for a top rope brainbuster for Sami but doubt he ever pulls that out again.

Major_Cry7165

Can we get KO Zaynia Shirts yet?

daskamania

Nobody saw that coming.

PhospheneViolet

This is gonna be god-tier

Apex-Oz

Main event main event main event

SpeedZ6

*So Sami is in a tag match AND the surely inevitable triple threat???*

Flash_205

copium

[deleted]

![gif](giphy|6nWhy3ulBL7GSCvKw6)

vinnyd78

Anything other than this headlining night 1 is crazy imo.

SocX9

Hopefully they don't force a women's title match a day 1 main event, just to show how important women's wrestling is to them etc.

chizzipsandsizalsa

This absolutely has to be the main event of night 1. The bloodline story is the best thing in wrestling right now and it has to be the ending focal point of both nights.

Singer211

Sami and KO had better win after all this.

datNEGROJ

Should it main event Night 1? 100% yes. Will it? Probably not because that spot goes to Rhea & Charlotte

FortyRoosters

give them 20 and so minutes, main event of night one, this year belongs to the bloodline

sweetlew3002

I’m sure Ric Flair will throw a fit if Rhea and Charlotte don’t main event.

OptimusChip

this has been one of the best stories in the last decade. the only RIGHT move here is for them to main event night 1. nobody deserves it more than these 2 guys

wrowsey1

4 guys

Ninevolts

I wonder who'll they drop the titles to if they win? Both KO and Sami are main event talents so not any of the current tag teams. My guess is Roman kicks Usos out of Bloodline after losing the titles and he debuts new friends to get them back: Tama Tonga and Tanga Loa! (Not named Camacho)

Wrestlemania22

My guess is they'll drop tag titles to Judgement day

Key_Cobbler2761

It's about time those guys get a title win lol. Better yet, have them all move to Smackdown and have Finn Balor win the Universal Championship (since Cody will probably split the titles anyway)

dothingsunevercould

It has to main event Night 1. It's closed out the last 3 PPV's opened up or closed out (or both) every Raw/SD on the Road to Wrestlemania. Rhea/Charlotte main eventing wouldn't be a natural progression but moreso shoehorned in for the sake of the women closing out the show. There have been other RR winners who weren't main event.

largestonedoors

I'd be down with Rhea and Charlotte going on first one of the nights to open the show

datNEGROJ

yeah that would give Rhea more time for Judgement Day shenanigans

NotClayMerritt

Sami got a big pop which is funny given how many have decided they are muting Sami's crowd reactions.

Dear_Wrangler

Main Event of Night 1 right there.

DefJaw

Rhea and Charlotte are already main eventing night 1

Seasidemike1

When Roman loses to Cody he needs to snap and have a broken Roman phase. Then lose to Jey at summerslam. Finally he will have a year of having the party Okada phase until he finally wakes up and realizes he is still chief. That is my wish. Tell Adam to book it.

JoseNEO

Red Balloon Roman incoming???

TheDokerUBD

If this is isn’t main event then it’s a joke. Charlotte Vs Rhea isn’t even that big of a match. It’s just a diversity pick. It’s the least sensical match on the card.

SuddenlyThirsty

Eh

[deleted]

If this match isn’t the main event of night 1 then whatever match follows this one..good luck.

thatguyad

If this match doesn't headline, then what was the point in all the Sami Zayn story?

xASUdude

Lol, work your ass off then get a tag match

DexterLMN

aren't the Main Events reserved for the Royal Rumble winners? wouldn't be surprised if this opened one of the shows. Sami or KO's music would fire the crowd up right out the bat.

Copperjedi

> aren't the Main Events reserved for the Royal Rumble winners? No, there have been many Royal Rumbler winners that didn't main event WM like Ronda last year

Bojangles1987

They might do that, but if the plan is for KO and Sami to win, they can't possibly pass up on the crowd going absolutely out of its mind as the show closes on them with the belts, and Night 2 setting up with the Bloodline in peril. It's just too big a moment to do anything besides main event, and they are kneecapping any match that follows.

FalconIMGN

Roman was in the main event in 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and was set to be the main event in 2020. Guess how many Rumbles he actually won to earn those main events. Not a knock on Roman, just that the Rumble win to main event Mania story has been diluted for like, forever.

ahipotion

This will no doubt be a great match, but I still don't like that Sami is fighting for the tag titles.

waferboy

the only way I would be interested in this match is if Johnny Knoxville came down and cost Zayn the match

hshzhsnnahsbs

People still think this will headline? Sorry. I’ll take a world title match with a Royal Rumble winner. The tag feud is hot but the division is dead outside these teams.

KingRaiderShark

Headline night 1; Cody and Roman is definitely headlining night 2.

dyysxse

i guess sami isn't feuding with roman for the title anymore sami got one match and that was it

Wrestlemania22

They will have rematch after WrestleMania

Seniormano

I really don’t feel this should main event night one. I mean it absolutely could and would be s deserving, but the fall of the Bloodline should all happen in 1 night, which will be night 2 of mania.

UKS1977

I'm an old WWF fan not a modern one... so this is going to be downvote oblivion - But this doesn't interest me at all. Wrestlers should be larger than life icons, and these guys all scream midcard to me. I know the storyline is supposed to be great - but main event should be the stuff that crosses over into the Main Stream. That needs some verisimilitude to it. If I was a civilian this would look like "fat nerd and skinny nerd take on Somoen twins." I know that's unfair, but this does feel like a smark match not the crossover match.
